Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand

The hotel was near to alipiri checkpoint and easily accessible to travel uphill. The rooms are clean especially the washroom. It is 10/10 felt like home. Every food delivery is near to 10 mins of delivery. And the view of tirumala hill. Amazing from the balcony

First thing is I was advertised as this booking doesn't need advance payment and can be paid during check-in. However, I got a constant chase up emails and WhatsApp message to pay the full amount immediately to avoid cancellation of booking. Secondly, it's advertised as 3* hotel family friendly hotel but actually it's not even a hotel rather a house rooms hired and and managed by Hindi speaking servers who doesn't understand either English or local language Telugu. It's rather should have been advertised as room accommodation and I would have avoided booking it with an infant to stay with. As listed, there was no kettle or coffee makers available, TV was not working saying loose contact and needs to be fixed by electrician. Hot water was not working for a day. When we book an accommodation for a pilgrimage, mostly we will be away from the place and not having even basic things are real annoyance. This was pure marketing gimmick to advertise and get booking and not offering what has been agreed. The local team is not to be blamed rather marketing team who didn't genuinely advertise what's available to be blamed. The servers were couterious and tried what they could offer like water, extra bed, food( BF provided was good for day 1) but unable to communicate with them in english or Telugu. I would say just say it as room accommodation suitable only for adults and improve your service before accepting families to provide good service. Other area of improvement is think about what a guest might need and discuss with them when they check in and communicate clearly. Hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed.

Rooms were in decent condition, bathroom is clean but hot water availability was an issue during our stay. Staff confirmed availability of hot water in 5-10 min but when asked it took more than hrs probably cause we had bath with normal water only. So they need to start heating water early in the morning since it's a centralized system. Apart from that no concern it's a decent place to stay for the night. Parking is on the road and since lot of construction is happening...there might be scarcity for parking in coming future..so hotel can consider having a dedicated parking place.

The hotel is very good, service, staff, location, everything is good, I would recommend staying here.

Good place. Easily accessible. This is an ideal place to stay for those who wants to climb Alipiri steps to Tirumala as it is pretty close by. There is warm water with switch off a button. Anyone with twin bed expects at least two towels to be served in the room. But, we found only one provided and hence reducing a star on the rating

We were three people, Image had 2 beds for 3 adults on website while booking but actually there was only 1 bed for 2 people. Cost is high for the room they provided. Didn't reach the expectations.

Decent place to stay. Need to work on their cleanliness. The view from balcony is worth to stay here...

Very poor rooms, bathrooms are stinky. Pathetic! Have made a complaint to treebo for allowing such hotels to use their brand name. Not even worth for half the price.
