Hotel people are Good but don't take a taxi or cab from the hotel because 50% higher charge, If you want extra drinking water Botel First pay the person then delivered to your Room

NEVER rely on the complimentary breakfast! It was the worst . Rooms are also not cleaned ( thermas ) . And the owner makes the costumers wait for a longgg time ! Also normal tea and coffee are not available. Worst place . THE STAFF IS ALSO RUDE! Do not choose this place .

Please never choose this hotel for stay. Complimentary Breakfast was pathetic. Simple things like tea coffee not available. When we asked for coffee the guy said there is no coffee packets and cannot be provided. Mostly there were no options but the only thing which was there is idli was that also cold and not hot. Chutneys don't have good taste. Spoons was not provided when asked they said its not yet clean. In room tv service not available. When questioned about all these problem they were not accepting their mistake and were justifying one thing after another's.

Rooms are best for the location but seriously should not try Breakfast here i give 0 stars to the BF IDLE was worst of worst Please make Coustmer happy by serving good food from today at list Rooms 5star Service 4star Food 0star

I stayed at this residency for two days. The residency is very good for the budget price, with good WiFi facility, RO water, and hot water, as well as AC and car parking facility. The staff are very friendly. I recommend this hotel 100% for family stays.

Good place with reasonable prices... Well maintained, very polite and friendly front desk and good breakfast as well... Located at the foothills and convenient for going around as well..

Awesome stay , very near to alipiri foot steps .room and room size was spacious, good view of the hills from the open air restaurant at the top of the property , staff are awesome and well maintained. They guided me very well about tirupati . It's prime place , everyone visit this hotel once u come to tirupati .
