Hotel Sarovar

I took room sometime only for freshen up and for parents to rest for 1 hour, there was guy, seemed like manager, rented us room on half of his per day price. But there was some digging work was going right outside the room, because of which rest was not at all possible, when me and sibling asked if we could use the rooms washroom, he didn't just deny he very rudely showed and our parents out.

This hotel is near the Tirupati central bus stop, opposite the srinivasam complex where free dharshan tickets are issued. Simple and decent hotel to stay. No mosquitoes, no bed bugs, hot water available throughout the day in the bathroom tap, no disturbance and a safe place. But still in any new place,we should be careful with our belongings.

Staff is very rude and acted like goons worst experience ever specially staff members. Rooms were extremely with no towels and ac as well was not working. Bed sheets were not clean and had all stain marks on it.

Rooms average. AC not cooling. Beds not so clean. Buckets, mugs broken inside bathroom. Bathroom not clean. No parking. Overall an average stay experience. May be suitable for those who just need to freshen up or just to keep luggages. Positive side is very close to bus stand to go to Tirumala and opposite Srinivasam complex which has rooms and very big paid car parking open for all even if you don't stay in their rooms.

Visited the hotel recently the rooms where really nice with in my budget.

I wished there were zero stars to rate. The guys at the front desk are money hungry guys. Charged me for one whole day for delaying 1H40M (Though I called and informed as soon as I got phone which was 23H almost because stood for 18H full day Darshana). I was ready to pay 50% but he insisted to pay full. It was no where mentioned in any booklet. He gave stupid reason like 2 person per room so 200 per person that's 400 per hour and 400*2=800. That's like a whole day rent. When asked if he doesn't want to us visit again he is like no. Dude you don't treat your customers like that. Also the property isn't good at all. I had rented to just keep bags.

These hotel service is very bad and In, the time checkout when I was asking for 5 Minutes extra then,there manager is started shouting and abusing. These hotel manager and all staff are not having any manner. They are not knowing how to treat their guests or costumers.

We stayed here from last 25year's with family and also with group,For group its very good but service staff is so bad and not get service always demand tip but overall hotel is suitable for stay and location is prime for breakfast lunch and transportation but not a parking facilities provided by management
