Hotel is old keys. Food is good and the ambience and service of the restaurant. Rooms are slightly old but yet neat and clean.overall a good experience as prices are also reasonable

Booked room here for 20hrs and had to change room thrice! Cockroaches in the washroom then AC not working and what not! Room walls are dirty and don't give a good experience. A complete mess this hotel is. If you are staying with family, please avoid.

The Nightmare of Regalia Regalia--what a fancy name, But this hotel was filled with shame. We stepped inside and froze in fear, The worst place we had seen all year. Cockroaches crawled across the floor, Tape was peeling off the door. The ceiling had big holes and cracks, Like it could cave in on our backs. The lock was broken, loose, and bent, The kind that makes you not feel safe. The toilet seat was cracked in two, And smelled like it had never been new. Mothballs scattered everywhere, Their awful smell filled up the air. The floor was sticky, dark, and stained, A place that never once was cleaned. We couldn't stay, we had to run, No sleep, no rest, no bit of fun. Regalia--what a cruel joke, A stay so bad, we almost choked.

Hotel location is very good and the staff is very helpful and prompt in service. If few things are taken care of, this would be best place for stay.

Today I was checked in this hotel at the price of above 3000/- rupees per day. room is very dirty and air conditioner is not working properly and room is very dark . lighting is very low. Maintenance is very bad. This is not a worthable hotel for this tariff

We used to visit this hotel many times in year and being a regular customer, it was overall a worst experience staying here. Room services was highly worst, AC was not working, there was no telephone in room 307, housekeeping was not ready to pick up your calls to resolve the issues timely... We stuck in room 307 for around 2 hours and then got an another room after argument with floor manager. There were cockroaches in the room which doesn't represent good housekeeping in room.

I booked a room at Regalia Hotel, and the booking confirmation showed that breakfast was included. However, the hotel denied this upon arrival. Additionally, the room size was very small, especially considering the charge of approximately Rs. 3300. Based on the room size, the ideal cost should not exceed Rs. 1800. Moreover, the bathroom had water logging issues while taking a bath.
