Very Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Money! I had a really bad experience at Hotel Pasuparthy Residency and would not recommend it to anyone. Here's why: 1. The cleaning service is extremely poor. We had to repeatedly request them to clean the room and change the sheets. 2. We booked a room through MakeMyTrip, but when we asked for an AC room, they charged us extra, saying they didn't get enough money from the booking site. Very unprofessional. 3. Even after asking multiple times, there was no proper service or timely response from the staff. 4. The AC was the worst I've ever seen--barely worked and they still charged a high amount for it. 5. When we asked for an extra towel or pillow, they bluntly said they don't have any. Totally unacceptable! 6. The receptionist was rude and not polite at all, which made the whole experience even worse. 7. And finally, after all this, they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Unbelievable.

The hotel was okay. We booked a AC double bedroom and they charged 2k Rs. Rooms are clean and feels small. Ac is working properly and have 24*7 hot water supply.No outside noises or any disturbances.we are satisfied with the stay.

In this lodge office boy Narayana will speak rudely with the customers and create nuisance to the customer, there is no control from management side also

Bargained and got room for 700 for a single person. Parking at the owner's risk in the street road. Rooms not hifi but ok The chair and table were in my room so i was able to do my office work smoothly. Charging points are a little bit pathetic. For free darshan tickets to Tirumala only walkable distance from this lodge. Room guys will knock the door and ask for tip that's the only disturbance.

My personal experience. Iam in tirupati with. My family 26.01.2024 We booked 2 rooms 7 members on 19.01.2024. Today we reached hotel and asking the room easily they are saying no rooms. Standing in the room with kids and ladies. So. Dont prefer this hotel very bad service. Rating wil be zero

Today we are in tirupathi 26/01/2024 One of the worst hotel ever seen in my life. Before one week I booked I had came with my family with three ladies.Easyily hotel management said no rooms.if u travelling tirupati don't book this hotel . Personally experienced.zero my rating
