Extremely Disappointing Stay This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The AC in our room wasn't working, and even after multiple complaints, no one bothered to even check it. We requested a room change, but they didn't even bother to consider it. Instead, the staff chose to argue as if they simply didn't care. There was a complete lack of basic hospitality and etiquette. The intercom in the room didn't work, making it impossible to contact the reception when needed. On top of that, they overcharge for basic items -- a 250ml Coke with an MRP of 20 was being sold for 30, which is just exploitative. The staff showed zero responsibility throughout our stay. Overall, extremely poor service -- definitely not recommended.

The only thing good about this 3rd class hotel is that it's near Shrinivasam. Even if you took the AC room the AC won't work properly and you can not argue with them on this as they are not responsible for a thing. They didn't even bother to change the room. The management doesn't have any hospitality etiquette to talk with customers. If the customer has given full payment then what ever happenes they don't care. Do not recommend this hotel to any one even if the person has to sleep on bus stand. This is worst then that.

While coming to hotel review below is my rating out of 5 Mangement 0 Facility. 0 Total hotel is a very big 0 Rooms are like book cover out side it will be good but inside it's different

Most worst hotel to stay, Hotel people.dontnhave online booking details & there is no scanner to scan proofs, they click photo from mobile. Hotel Manager Mr.Balaji & others are most corrupt person who do not respond to our calls & concerns. Pls.dont stay in this hotel as this is not worth as per cost to stay because of the staff misbehaviour.There is no housekeeping for the room, no water bottle provided until asked several which is included in the package. TV don't work. Room full.of mosquitoes Manager keep sleeping or roam outside the hotel making people to wait for hours. Too high cost compared to the facilities. Make my trip pls cancel the contract with this property. It's shame in your part to provide such properties where service is worst. Owner is enjoying the moneyof customers with out giving facilities & appointing cheap quality & negligent people as staff

Staff has very disrespectable behaviour. Even the rooms are good no staff respects you. As and when you are on main road their representatives will approach you and without intimation brags your bags and says hotel is near. You need to walk nearly half km for that. They did not even respond even if I ask the prices. After going to that hotel in that small street they are charging a 3 star hotel prices with a disrespectful behaviour. Waste of attending this hotel as per my opinion. Many humble hotels were there nearby.

Hotel rooms are good but stuff is not good always ask money manager also ask to money .. please sir improve the hotel service or staff worth experience .

Rooms are clean but surely overpriced and unmaintained. Also, the customer service is really bad. The staff is very unfriendly, rude, and money minded. Try exploring other nearby options at a cheaper price and better services.

The hotel is very good and all staff are helpful. Manager Balaji is helpful and has taken care of us very well with good performance. Srinivas the staff are good
