Hotel Harsha residency

I recently stayed here and had a very good experience. The rooms are a bit small, but they include all the necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While there's no in-house restaurant, you can order or bring in food from outside without any issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean and well maintained rooms, there was some construction noise on our floor but didn't disturb us during night hours. Service was good except one person who was rude to my wife over the phone. He needs to have patience and honestly some manners on how you talk to actual customers and even potential ones. Just answered the call and said no availability when we had booked and confirmed paid rooms. The call was just a reminder which you should do to us and not the other way around. Beside that one person's behaviour, no real issues with the place or room. Other staff were quite helpful and we were happy we also paid them a tip!

The Rooms are worth the price. Single ones like the ones ,on 1st floor, that I had booked are smaller in size. But they are neat, with provision of basics like , heating flask, rack, hangers, locker etc. Tv and Ac as well as fan works fine. Food is not available at the facility but is made available on order. The best take way of the establishment is its location. Near to Bus stand and Railway stand but in a not so crowded area. The best that I felt was the hospitality of the staff from front desk to room service.

I would never recommend booking this hotel via any online sites as they are very hostile towards it. I booked via MakeMyTrip and they kept upselling and putting all kinds of extra charges and conditions . Since there was heavy queue for darshan , we were told to pay up past 12 pm as they knew we would never be able to come back from darshan by noon.They said if we booked in their hotel they would give us 24 hr checkout but since we booked via makemytrip we need to check out soon. No one attended the phone from room apart from room service not even available. Rooms are small but not worth the price as better hotels with much better pricing and service are available. They fleece customers so would avoid. Tirupati hotels have become a den for unscrupulous practices and jacked up rates even for mediocre quality , all hotels are hand in glove and have jacked up rates holding tourists hostile and making them gullible charging 3-5k for below average hotels.

Outstanding hotel ....very neat and clean. All staff are very helpful and very polite. We are stay here 4 days. I personally suggest to all please atleast one time stay here. It is Near to bus stand and Railway station . Good experience with Harsha hotel

I recently stayed in this pathetic property and had a nightmare, we have booked 2 rooms and we traveled along with family. It's a very poor property don't take this property. The staff is very pathetic, disrespect full and will loot you. Door handles were broken, no food facilities, discriminators and total forgery. Employees like Badshah, Arif and others having very unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. They respond to your calls till the time you are not depositing your booking advance post that they don't bother to talk to you or responds your call. They were asking 5% extra charges if I want to pay my bills from credit card, very strange. It's a loot as no hotels ask for any extra charges for using credit card. At holy place they are doing this kind of harassment and loot.

Room rates are reasonably priced. Location to railway station, temples and srinivasam complex is very near. Cleanliness of rooms and toilets is top class . Staff is very polite, well trained and very helpful. Jagdish the frontdesk manager was very helpful and professional.
