"My stay at Grand Orchid was perfect in every way! The hotel is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city. I also loved the little touches, like the complimentary fruit basket and the handwritten welcome note. The hotel's location is ideal - close to the temple and other attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Tirupati!"

Ideally located for those planning to visit Tirumala. Away from city's hustle- bustle but closer to Alipiri. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and hygienic, Reception is efficient. Employees are respectful and courteous. Didn't get to use the cafeteria. No proper car parking except 4-5 cars that be parked near the portico in the open. A dedicated parking area should have improved the experience.

I'm not recommended this hotel to any visitor because cleanliness is very bad. I came here for Thirupathi temple visit. It's like a worst hotel in the best corner. location is prime. But the room maintenance is worst. Washroom are full of trash smell. They don't change bedsheets. I got call 3 times room service to clean washroom, but they're not bothered. would not recommend at all.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for a temporary 2-hour accommodation through TTDC. The rooms were far from satisfactory. The bedspread and pillows were filthy, and the entire property was infested with mosquitoes. I had hoped to use this time to freshen up before my visit to the temples, but the conditions made it impossible. Despite my repeated requests to the service boy to change the bedspread, my pleas were ignored. The response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I tried to call the reception for assistance, there was no answer. It was frustrating not being able to simply go down for every issue I encountered. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and poor service made my stay very unpleasant.

Given the lack of variety in food, limited amenities, and maintenance issues, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers. It could certainly be more affordable for the standard of services provided.
