HOTEL DKR RESIDENCY

I had very good stay here with my kids and family and rooms were renovated recently neat and clean and owners were good they given me extra time after the check out recommended to the families

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. The owner and his son behaved rudely and even resorted to threatening us. Shockingly, they directly told us to vacate the room, claiming they had already allocated it to someone else. Such unprofessional and hostile behavior is unacceptable and made our stay very stressful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful environment.

Recently I've have faced a very bad experience in this hotel, owner and son very rude behavior, we took a room for 24hrs mrng to next mrng ,but they said evening we allotted room for someone. Geysers are not in working conditions,no wifi, they attract people initially before taking money after the money paid responses are very rude they told to vacate and I extremely felt very bad about this hotel, be careful while taking room in Dkr residency.

Great rooms, maintained very neatly. Water bottle provided at check-in. Clean bed, bedspreads and pillow covers. Affordable restaurants available nearby. Restrooms are clean and maintained well. No foul smell or anything like that. Hot water is available in the morning and can be requested to turn on the heater while needed.

Rooms were good and neat budget friendly hotel if you looking for the budget room we can go with DKR residency and Owners were to good

Nice person Mr.varun good response and returned my money once I cancelled prior coming to hotel .Good response from him .will come and stay once for sure

Costs me 1100 for A single for 24 hrs, Friendly staff, But they don't return money which left after buying our b'fast or diner... Still they are good...

Worst staff behaviour, they have age upon one and after we are in and they charge their words. Initially they have agreed upon on all our requirements later they have started charging for all. Hell behaviour, Don't choose this hotel if u want peaceful trip. They are not on their shoe, keep on ping on on owner and manager. Worst staff behaviour, service it not up to the mark. Owner is not on his words and staff is agreed upon one rate and owner is not known and they are not aligned.
