HOTEL DKR GRAND

Good and comfortable stay. Clean rooms and bathrooms. TV, WiFi, hot water, drinking water, basic toiletries are provided. Helpful staff, 24hr checkin and family room options. Very close to bus stand and railway station. Complementary breakfast was provided. Overall we had a comfortable stay and good support from Teja and staff at hotel. Madhu from travels attached to hotel offers local sightseeing and cab facility. Good and reliable service from Madhu.

Really helpful and quick service, booked family suite for 5 people, was easy over the phone and smooth secured transfer. They were also very helpful with ordering food and communicating with me over the phone. Much appreciated and overall excellent customer service.

We stayed for two days here. Very nice and hygiene maintenance by the management. Service is good. Most friendly receptionist and staff here.

Very clean and new room, the service of the room staff was very courteous, the receptionist was very helpful and went out of his way in satisfying our demands without looking it from a business point of view. The Hotel is very strategically located very close to the bus stop and to the TTD office. A go to place for comfort stay and safety, if you visit Tirupati.

I recently stayed at the DKR grand and had good experience. Hotel was relatively new and room was tidy. The management was good. Overall I had a comfortable stay. No issues.

We stayed at HOTEL DKR GRAND last weekend when we visited Tirupati/Tirumala. Its Approx. 10-15 mins drive away from Alipiri. Check-In was good. Rooms were neat and clean. Lenin's were Neat. Toiletries (Soap, Towel) were provided. TV with Wifi connection. We denied the complimentary breakfast as it was a packed food. Overall its a nice and decent stay.

Hotel is just four months old so rooms are fresh. Washrooms are clean. Hot water is available. AC works well. Staff members and reception guys are very helpful to provide necessary information about darshan. They are very cooperative and humble. Looks like restaurant is going to be setup soon. Parking is limited in open place. Location is very good. Rent is decent.

The receptionist is extremely rude. The bedsheets were dirty and stained when asked to change they said the receptionist wont agree. Had to call them 4 times to change. The doormats are extremely dirty and floor is not cleaned properly
