Hotel B K Park

The service was poor, and the staff were careless about customer service and very arrogant. There was also a language barrier, as they spoke among themselves in their own language, mocking customers and not taking customer service seriously. The cable TV was not working, and the management's responses were extremely rude. The location is far from Tirupati and Renigunta railway station. I would recommend going only if you have no other options. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

It is an alright hotel to stay for just a couple of days. Nothing specific to boast or complain, but i must say the breakfast is quite tasty.

Rooms are neat and clean. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. They have a restaurant and juice/tea counter available at ground floor and they serve good menu. But restaurant service can be improved. Good location, just opposite to D Mart.

Poor service, no cable TV working, management responses too nasty and demanding extra amount

It was really a great experience when I had visited with my family around 6 months back. We had visited as a group of around 40 people. The rooms were really outstanding, well maintained and has a great feeling seeing those and everyone in my family were very happy. The complementary breakfast provided too was really of great taste and it again won the hearts of my family. The price too is definitely worthy for the quality of food and services provided. Will definitely book this hotel in case I am planning to stay in tirupati again. Only difficulties faced were locating it due to roads blocked for our tempo travellers and the other was less parking space

Fantastic Hospitality!!!! Extremely overwhelmed with friendly staffs and amazing food. The property is very spacious with neatly maintained rooms and very nice banquet hall facility. Would recommend everyone to stay here and experience delightful varieties of food and hospitality. 5/5 for BK Park and it's management

Booked function hall for naming ceremony, buffet food was good and tasty. Hall was clean before the function. Rooms were also neat and maintained well.

Room service is very poor, people in reception are not attending guest calls most of the time.. I had same experience thrice in this hotel.. Room is neat & clean, location and parking is good..
