Golden Tulip Tirupati

I recently stayed at Golden Tulip and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern, clean vibe with well-maintained rooms that are super functional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I also loved the breakfast spread -- plenty of options, both Indian and continental, and everything was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

It was a nice experience. Shiva and Murli sir especially accommodated us with everything that was needed. The hotel rooms were also nice. The food was also nice. Big fan of their chain that they have in the hotel. I am a very picky eater but i loved the chai

Worst ever experience with this hotel. They gave a room that had so many issues right from bad odour, broken hand shower, foul smelling bathrooms, refrigerator which won't work. After complaining, they did change the room, but!!! With the same non working refrigerator. The fridge was too hot. We booked for a double cot, paid for the same, but they gave us 2 single cots attached together, covered with blankets! The staffs were not at all polite. They steal your belongings!! Please be cautious. I lost my valuables. When I asked the manager. He didn't even respond properly and was asking me to check again. Didn't allow us to check the CCTV outside the room. The manager was very worst in his behaviour! I regret for booking rooms here. I had asked them not to clean the room.. but they cleaned the room without my knowledge which was evident from the neatly arranged blankets in bed! Under the pretext of cleaning the room, they steal your belongings. Will not at all recommend. Only positive thing here is, A2B restaurant is in the same building. That's why this hotel golden tulip is running.

The 1st person we interacted with gave a bad impression. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. I had 5 rooms and my group had young children and senior citizens that needed close monitoring. Despite early booking for rooms, the receptionist refused to listen and accommodate my ask despite explaining and pleading. He kept saying fully booked despite me saying we did early booking as a group. Secondly, we were waiting for the lift but the porter ignored and loaded the luggage. How is the luggage going to enter the room when the keys are with us? When we reached our floor, the porter said self service, expecting us to drag our luggage to the rooms frm the lift. Room service they hardly pick the calls. Went down to the reception to enquire, he rudely said press 6. Told him to call infront of us. Then he realised same challenges and said will get them to call back. I had requested for an iron, 2 hrs and no sight of it coming so I left wearing crumpled clothing. The lights in the room are all linked to one switch. Either you sleep in complete brightness or complete darkness.. The receptionist is one of the most unfriendlyest and unhelpful in my entire tour. Did not even want to assist us on places to eat etc. The receptionist area super small. With the bags and limited place to seat, was a challenge and we had to wait outside the hotel while waiting for our driver. Overall, in my 6 days at 6 different hotels, this was the only place I had unpleasant experience. Definitely not a place i would want to come back to. Hope tge hotels looks at customer experience and improve.

The rooms were spotless and exuded a warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor was comfortable and charming, making it easy to relax after a long day. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which enhanced the overall experience during my stay.

Excellent service and courteous staff. Food also made fresh and very tasty, was served hot. Perfect location right near the foothills. Much recommended stay in thirupathi . Rooms were fantastic and very neat. Bathrooms too were very neat and well maintained.

Location of Hotel is great as it's at the footstep of the start of your journey to temple of lord venkatesha tirumala. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and pillows.Rooms had a great Aroma.Breakfast is Super. Preeti was very kind to support us for all our needs.

SHIVA , SIDDHU , Malti , Preeti and Ramana Are great hosts. Assets to the property, made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place. Location is very apt for the temple. Love this place. Srinivasan travel desk is so helpful. Best best
