Fortune Select Grand Ridge, Tirupati is a beautiful hotel in a very strategic location in Tirupati citi of Andhrapradesh. The Renigunta railway station, Tirupati railway station are all within a distance of 8 KMs, even Turuoati Airport is only 15 KM from the hotel. Shilaparamam Amusement park is just next to the Hotel, giving you, your family and kids lots of scope to spend some quality time there. The entire hotel is clean, and very well mananged and organized. The rooms are clean, spacious and fitted with all required amenities. Their stuffs are very accomodative and flexible. At times, when we went out in the morning for sight seeing, they did all the house keeping things in the evening on our request. Now the food - ohh, they have a wide variey of options available in breakfast. The food they served during dinner is also very delicious and quality and quantity wise also it is perfect. They have two restaurants in the ground floor - one only serves vegetarian foods and other restaurant serves both veg and non-veg foods. We stayed there for 11 complete days and really enjoyed every bit of our stay here. We will come back in Torupati again and of course will stay again here in Fortune Select Grand Ridge.

I stayed in 505 wef 24 Apr to 26 Apr. The best part of stay was a very warm welcome by the Receiption staff. Ms Rukshana greeted us so warmly which shows true professional aptitude. The dinning staff were also very effective and cordial during services. Happy to stay there. Looking forward for good association. God speed .

A little late to the review, but had an amazing stay here in early March after I had to change my hotels due to a horrible stay at a different hotel. Must say that when I arrived at Fortune, I was very tired and disappointed from my previous hotel stay which was a nightmare. A huge thanks to Mr. Dinesh and team who turned around my experience and gave me a comfortable stay and went out of their way to make me feel better. I was travelling with a friend and their hotel was at capacity due to a conference happening at that specific week. However, Mr. Dinesh was very kind to provide a beautiful room for the night as I had my flight the next day. He made sure that I was well taken care of and also the room was super clean, well maintained premises. Food was amazing and the restaurant staff were very attentive. Great menu selection, especially satisfied the south Indian food craving I had for the longest time. I wanted to give a huge shout out to the team and the way they treat their customers which is refreshing to see. Its not always about the money or business, sometimes all it takes is to listen and care for what the customer is going through and provide the best you can with kindness. The team ticked all the boxes here. Not only they made me feel better by the time I was leaving Tirupati, but proved how being kind and understanding can change one's bad day into a good one. :) Finally Mr. Dinesh, it was lovely meeting you and your team. Fortune Select Grand Ridge, Tirupati -- Where Pilgrims Find Peace Before the Climb I stayed at Fortune Select Grand Ridge last month. It's part of the ITC Hotels group. Fancy name. Fancier lobby. I liked it. It's a good hotel for people going to Tirumala. You just walk out, take the flyover, and boom -- you're practically on the road to salvation. Convenient. Like someone thought, "Let's build a hotel for tired mortals on their way to see the Almighty," and did just that. The staff were kind. Courteous too. They even upgraded my room without me doing the usual stare-down at the reception. That's class. Food? Good. They have a vegetarian restaurant for the pure-hearted and a bar for the rest of us who want to chew on paneer while someone else drinks whisky at the next table. I stuck to the veg. Not a saint, but close. The lounge is large. Very large. The kind of space where you want to just sit and not talk. They had fruit-infused water in the lounge. I drank it. It was cold and confusing but somehow calming. Like lemon had met tulsi and said let's chill. The room was neat. The bed didn't complain when I dropped into it. That's all I want from a bed. The air-conditioning didn't hum like a broken lorry. That's a win too. If you're heading to Tirumala and want some peace before or after the climb -- real peace, not the WhatsApp forward kind -- this is the place. No noise. No drama. Just calm, soft bedsheets and infused water. Check in. Check out. Reach God in style.

Rooms were very spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet was good and tasty with plenty of options. Location is excellent, easy to get in and out of highway. Things need improvement Vallet was not available during check in. It takes about 10 minutes to check out. It can be addressed easily by taking cred card deposit.

Very beautifully located around the hills with serenic view. Complimentary breakfast here was very hygiene and tasty good healthy food with great option for kids. Room service is great with very helpful people around. Stay here is highly recommended when you are here in Tirupati. Mr. Chandan and other staff was very helpful. We could book the stay here through booking.com app.

Very nice staff, amazing food and comfortable stay. Very hospitable . Memorable stay. We were here for two days. Very nice dinner and breakfast spread they have. . The rooms are very well done and comfortable. They have a gym, pool and spa as well although I couldn't try them

I would like to especially call out Joydeep Baidya , for his excellent hospitality skills. He consistently exhibited excellent communication and extended the hospitality that guests expect and would like to cherish for long. The entire check-in to check-out experience we had was not only smooth but also made us feel special as a loyal ITC customer. Joydeep has mastered this much-needed art to go that extra mile in terms of taking special care of loyal clients. For sure, ITC needs more of such professionals as they are aggressively expanding their presence.
