DJ Grand Hotel Tirupati

I recently booked a room at this hotel using a coupon, which provided a significant discount. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel management that they would not honor the booking at the discounted rate. This was both frustrating and disappointing, as I had already made the necessary travel arrangements. The lack of clear communication and refusal to uphold the booking terms reflects poorly on the hotel's management practices. I understand if there are limitations with certain offers, but such policies should be clearly outlined and respected once a booking is confirmed. I hope the management considers improving their policies and customer service to avoid inconveniencing future guests.

Rooms are decent enough well maintained no disturbance at all 24 hours hot water service room service was really quick the food was served very hot and tasty food options are limited but taste is good. Front office staff were very kind and cooperative budget friendly

Rooms were not that great for the price they charge.. no tissues rolls in the toilet, no handwash provided, no housekeeping, rooms were smelling odd..washrooms are not at all maintained well.. The bed quality is not good.. their restaurant charges are very high comparatively.. Good things are below, Receptionist is good and responsive. They help in providing cab services for site seeing they are all good.. Location is near to the temple.. Overall they are ok ok.

1. Rooms good for the price. 2. Toilet cleanliness need improvement. Exhaust fan not working. Bucket wasnt clean to use. 3. Parking space is challenge.

We came for Balaji darsan for 5members n we checked in online dj grand was selected as for reviews we took 2rooms rates was very reasonable ,rooms are spacious, it is very near to bustand and ttd ticket counter. Food and service was good who ever need darsan ticket thay can stay and take ticket from srinivasam walkable distance. We are really happy and requested for cab also comparing other travel agent here very reasonable rates and we can trust them blindly. Really we loved DJ GRAND HOTEL and ther services

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and tidy, which made my stay comfortable. Hot water available 24x7. Room service available on demand. Bedsheets and pillows are near and clean. The staff was cooperative and helpful, however the staff is extremely particular about the checkin and checkout policy. So if you want an early check-in or late checkout, kindly inform the staff in advance and discuss on the extra charges accordingly. Regarding food, the hotel offered only chinese rice and starters during my stay which took a lot of time to prepare. However there is a local dosa vendor outside the hotel where dosa and idli are easily available. For lunch/dinner there is no decent resturant in the vicinity. However one can walk to the bus stand 10mins away and have food at Hotel Sarovar opposite to the stand. Additionally, tea and coffee were available, but they took a bit longer than expected to arrive, which was a minor downside. Connectivity to the vehicle services is pretty good as the hotel is very near to the APSRTC bus stand from where buses are available for tirumala every 5 min. This is a big Plus Point with respect to the hotel location Overall, it was a good stay, but with a few areas for improvement, particularly in the food options and service efficiency.

Worst place and worst management. They are liars. They said they would charge 6500 total package for travel but at the end while checking out they charged 15500 on whole without prior intimation and the manager there was yelling at us as they are the locals. We ended up paying 15500 as we were getting late for our train. The rooms were also below average. Not at all recommendable.

Very reasonable and clean rooms, no disturbance at all.food service good, nice place to stay.
