Hotel is ok..5th floor don't have lift. It's hard for all to use just one lift. Food is good.

A Business cum Budget class Hotel is centrally located in Tirupati. Basement parking space available. Lift facility available. Reception 24*7 available. Room service available. Around Hotel there's restaurants, hospitals and other shops available.

Excellent place to stay. Not too expensive. Located within 2klms of busstand and railway station.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite calling in advance to confirm room availability and receiving assurance, upon arrival, there were no rooms available. The staff's rude behavior only added to the frustration. Being removed from the hotel after a confirmed reservation is completely unacceptable that too at 1am in the night. It's clear that this hotel lacks basic customer service etiquette and respect for its guests. I strongly advise against staying here due to their lack of professionalism.

Disappointing Service: I was sorely disappointed. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting with even basic requests. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and I had to call multiple times to get someone to address it. Not a pleasant stay. The help desk staff brush off guests' concerns or questions with an attitude that implies they are bothering the staff. This can make guests feel unimportant and unheard.

There is no Ac at mid night till morning

The rooms are ok would have given 3 stars if the bathrooms were also as good as the rooms. There is always a pungent smell coming from the bathroom with no ventilation so you are left to suffocate if u want to use the lavatory or take a bath. Personally, I went to the public toilet for that as it's way better. In addition to the pungent smell the water bucket and mug are extremely dirty and the shower cap is not there so you shower directly. I am only writing the review for bathroom as it is horrible, however that does not entail the fact that the room is worth for staying as they do not maintain the bed sheet and there are cracks in the walls as well. I will seriously recommend to try another hotel if you are with a family and want to stay in a respectable and comfortable hotel.

Despite the location and exterior look, I dont find the rooms not at all suitable gor 1750/- fay where the walls of the rooms are being peeling off and We couldn't even find good to believe that the old AC boxes hung up there. Hence at morning, had to return to other hotel with good facilities. I wish i suggest them to brush up the interior stuff so would be great.
