BKR Grand Hotel

I have checked in hotel on Wednesday (26/03/2025). The property and location is good, but no basic amenities like room service person, no main entrance, No TV, etc., They have alloted the room in third floor but NO LIFT ( luckily we are not sinor citizen)and no proper response from reception person. Also, no good hotel near by property and reception person doesn't have much knowledge about local information.

it was an outstanding experience. The hotel's prime location makes it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The property is beautifully maintained, with modern, comfortable rooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff truly made the stay special. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help.

There is no basic amenities, just we now checked-in at the hotel, there is no TV in the room as they show in picture and the receptionist is rude. It's a new hotel but no amenities. Even though we asked him, he is not responding

Rooms were good but the main problem is there is no main entrance , you have to go in from underground parking. Also there was no TV in my deluxe room unlike the booking

Rooms not ready completely . But quit big rooms and clean. I really don't like reception boy. Little rude. Management should work on this

Good Place to Stay with Family Members, New Rooms, will be good if The same standard would be maintained

I have visited this hotel last week & Rooms are too good and near to all shops and good places. Response from staff is very good. Parking space is also good. Cost effective one.

Over all 2 days experience is great, the behaviour of the proprietor is really touched.can reach any Bus stand and station within 10 to 15 minutes,, all types of food available opposite the hotel.
