Beautiful place, very neatly maintained. We booked annamaiah guest house for our family of 10 members. It's as comfortable as our own home with all facilities.. extra beds, blankets, pillows, ac, kitchen with all essential items. very helpful staff and hospitality. Thank you so much for providing great services for very affordable price.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Annamayya Homestay in Tirupati with our family. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The location was peaceful and convenient, making our temple visits and outings smooth and relaxing. One of the highlights was the cab facility they arranged for us--it was very convenient and reasonably priced, The host mahesh sir (owner)was extremely kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I Booked this home stay for my manager family, they felt very very happy about Rooms, service and budget , Owner Mr Maheshwar garu very friendly and service boy also responded very well

Budget friendly, 24 hours checkin and checkout service, Location of the guest house is at the edge of the forest and isolated fully. No security, if there is any requirement then we can call the assistant, he will give all the facilities but not available within the premises all the time. He stay's somewhere near to the location and comes in whenever we call. Apart from location and security issues, it seems to be nice place to stay and the owner seems to be cooperative.

Very disgusting, unhygienic uncomfortable place to stay.Even if u adjust n stay owner is very cheap, arrogant n cunny person.While vacating he will come up with new rules n increase the bill 200%.He doesn't know how to speak with customers also.Sheets were not changed washrooms where not cleaned after the previous customer left.Very disgusting.

Very pleasant and hygienic place to stay ! The staff and the manager are very courteous & responsive ,and the hospitality was top notch. Very strongly recommend it !
