My colleague recently booked a hotel online, but upon arrival late at night with your parents, I was shocked to find that the staff refused to accommodate them, claiming all rooms were full. And blaming the online booking. When a person is travelling around 1000 KM , 15 HOUR JOURNEY and listening such behaivour. This was despite having a confirmed reservation, and no prior communication was made about any issues. The experience was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially at night, and highlighted the hotel's poor management and lack of responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service. Early 2 times call responds that they will avail you with rooms. And after all this incident they are calling back at night 2.30 for facilities. Which will give a -ve impact on people who travel so long. Zero reality as given in the booking app. There is no -ve review to give.

Rooms - pretty good as the building is new. Service - non-existant! Location - terrible and worst part was, there is no board fixed to the building and I ended up searching for more than 15mins after reaching the location.

The hotel offers well maintained AC rooms at reasonable price of 800/- rs. It's good if the hotel has the name board, it was a bit difficult to find it. Parking space is a bit limited but manageable by parking around the hotel.

Really nice view of the tirumala hills from d rooms.. We chose a room on d third floor. The owner anil is really friendly. Overall nice experience

I took a family room here on dec 2024.. price was reasonable.. good service.. and rooms were clean and hygiene .. specially bathrooms.. Share autos are easily available.. room is near to highway.. room owner was so gentle and nice.. i'm sure that once you stayed here will always prefer for the next time.. I booked room online through booking.com

Pls don't go here . It's nothing like it's in pic . It's on highway road far away from bus stop . Also no proper security . They don't even have hotel board ! Soemthing is off here . I had night Darshan and when returned there was nobody to even open the gate and when after waiting for half an hour one drunk man came to open !! Pathetic ! Stay away
