AM Hotel Kollection: Manasa Inn, Tirupati

I had a wonderful experience staying with my family at this hotel! When I arrived, I realized the mishap i did as I had accidentally booked the room for the day before my actual check-in. I assumed I'd lose the booking amount. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. While a refund wasn't possible, they went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary extra night or the option to use the booking anytime within the next six months. That level of flexibility and generosity really impressed me. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was professional, warm, and helpful. I truly appreciated how they handled the situation with customer-first attitude. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

Hotel Manasa INN is a good option in Tirupati both for leisure and for pilgrimage. The hotel is located bang on main road and eateries are available just across the road. |We stayed in a family suite with one Double and one single bed. The room was spacious , neat and clean , airy , with natural light coming in . The bathroom although a bit small compared to the room was neat and clean with adequate toiletries being provided. Bedsheets , Linens , AC all was working fine. Complimentary water bottles was given everyday. |The breakfast with mainly south Indian options was limited( those who are not used to south Indian dishes will have to go for poori -sabji/ bread butter omlett) but tasty. Restaurant had all food options decently priced. Do try their south Indian Thali during lunch hours. |Tirumala is 45 mins drive from here and Renigunta Railway Staion ( all major trains travelling from east and north east India stops here) is only 20 mins drive. Tirupati bus stand and railway station will take approx. 15 mins here. |Overall a nice comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

It's a great choice for a peaceful stay. A good restaurant is also available here with some Indian cuisines. Rooms are available from affordable to luxurious. Most of the rooms are maintained well while a few of them are not great since they are situated near the service elevator and house keeping rooms. Staffs are so friendly. The are very polite, however they for sometimes forgets what we are asking. Rest of the things are great. Like I said the restaurant is good. But the menu is not sufficient if you are a food lover. The restaurant felt spacious enough all the time. Soup items are not that much great. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. Food quality is great. About the parking lot... It's not that much spacious and having some water log issues at rainy season. However outside parking is available near the hotel. About the reception... The staffs are so informative and helpful. Thsi hotel is only around 7 km from Tirupati town. A good choice for Pilgrims and other officials.

The staff and management was very friendly and really helpful. Room service was good, the restaurant is also good, even we check in late, they tried to provide us food even after they close their restaurant. |Have good underground parking as well. recommended

I recently stayed at the hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The hotel was not at all as advertised on their website, and for the price charged, I expected much better.||Firstly, the photos on the website were quite misleading. The room was spacious but not modern, and not well-maintained , it was outdated, and lacked proper cleanliness. The furniture looked worn out. ||The most disappointing aspect was the bathroom. It was nothing like the clean and modern space shown in the online photos. Instead, it was small, poorly maintained.||I would not recommend it to anyone looking for value for their money. There are far better options available in the same price range.

I booked 2 superior rooms in this hotel. They gave one proper room and the second room was a recently renovated (according to the receptionist) room. It was not fully renovated and what the photos depicted does not reflect the same. They do not have the courtesy to share the information and when asked, the receptionist has the audacity to say "It's not a problem, only sofa and almirah are missing as if he is giving me the rooms on charity". I would rather suggest you to book rooms 2.4 kms away where you have hotels like, Raj Park, Pai Viceroy, Orion, Renest, Golden Tulip, and more. You will also have lot of eateries, shops, and everything in walkable distance. PS do not go by the pictures.

Good and decent hotel to stay for family and office purpose. Opt the rooms with breakfast .. breakfast is good. Had a good stay..!! Bathrooms are ok. They need to maintain more hygiene and clean.

Dining, Dining was good and the food tasted pretty decent Mr manohar was helpful. Whereas basic amenities were not upto expectations . No proper wifi and TV
