Overall I rate this place a 5. I have been here twice within span of 3 months with my entire family. I was able to manage food for my two year kid with ease. Most of the places to visit are easily accessible from here. Adding to this the view of Tirumala hill from terrace is great. Swiggy zomato Bigbasket ola uber rapido everything is accessible in the property.

Great place to stay with family during pilgrimage visits. We took two rooms over 2-3 days and all was well. Covered car parking and the very attentive caretaker (Deepak)were highlights . We plan to stay here going forward. The rooms had air conditioning but we did not use due to cold weather. Lift facility exists.

All additional cots provided are broken in the middle and not in good condition No generator provision in case of power failure . Invertor may be provided atleast for one light , fan and router. There is no daily room cleaning

Our family stayed in a 2 BHK on the first floor of Aditya Homestay for a night. The apartment is well maintained. The kitchen has an induction stove, though no vessels for boiling water. Plates and cutlery are also provided. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very neat. Toilet soap was also provided. No mosquitoes was another highlight. The property is in a serene residential area. It takes 1 hour to reach Tirumala. Good to inform them the check in and out time in advance. Overall Excellent experience.

Rooms are very clean, spacious 2 bhk for 4 adults and one kid, lot better than staying in hotel rooms. This is a homestay with room, dining and kitchen. Care taker was very friendly and just a message away to address your queries. Overall worth the money

We had a good stay . Rooms are clean but We had an anxious experience while checking out as lift stops in between and there is no power back up. Kindly look into this asap.

Rooms are super clean and neat Service is good.. Even at mid night they respond to calls. Location is too inside and peaceful. If you have own vehicle you can prefer this stay. Overall 4/5
