Very nice place to stay in Thirupathi. We, family members, totally 15 rented the three BHK flat, stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and well maintained just like house. Owner is reachable and responds immediately and takes care. He is arranging parking also in the basement and in a property nearby. Location is good and great access to buses, jeeps, autos, shops and restaurant etc. Has an elevator too, that makes it suitable for elderly people, we had 4 senior citizens in our group.

Worst service, greedy management.I booked apartment from booking.com at certain price they wanted more money and said will not give to us need to pay more.

The flats were in new condition. A very good stay for any family. The kitchen was not fully equipped and just had a few plates. We carried our own portable gas stove, items as we had a one year old and were able to make use of the kitchen. The rooms were spacious with 2 attached bathrooms and one common. Location also is good, with quite a few restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are awesome.we can have homely atmosphere.All staff are very much available and humble. Manager Naani is co operative. I like very much to stay here in every trip to Tirupati.

Wonderful experience staying here. The staff are of very good quality. The rooms are very spacious. Parking is of only 3 cars, Multiple two wheelers can be parked here. Ask for Mr.Nani, a very helpful manager at the reception. You have all stores and hotels(veg and non veg) at a walkable distance.

I would highly recommend !!! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Well maintained and value for money and secuired parking and high speed internet. Easy to go Tirumala balaji Darshan, Kapileshwaraswamy Temple is near by and also good restaurants are very nearby. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
