HOTEL AMULYAM RESIDENCY

Rooms was nice, neat & clean. But, hot water was not available. Location is a near to Alipiri. Instead of booking online, call them & book since they are flexible with the check-in check-out.

Good hotel to stay . Neat and clean room worth for this price . Neat attached bathroom . Wifi available, good surrounding , nearby good restaurants available

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. First of all the hotel is not is city and located 7 km from city center. Hotel doesn't provide any facility like loundary and restaurant. Since the hotel not in the city so you don't find any decent restaurants nearby. Room are specious but no hygiene. Toilet are not clean. Towels provided were dirty. I will not recommend this hotel for family stay.

Very nice hotel care taker is very helpful

Located at good place to have connection with the city as well as a back route that connects with the highway. Rooms are good, food is not available in the hotel they get it from outside. The main issue is parking, its more of a roller coaster ride with very limited space.

Excellent stay. Good Room and hospitality. Hot water available. Railway station can be reached by Auto 200 rs. Limited car parking (4 car can be parked in the basement and 2 outside) . Recommending for those who are visiting tirupati with family and friends.

I stayed there for one night with family. Rooms were very clean and all utilities in the room were in new condition. Staff provided clean towels and ample amount of toiletries for our usage. Very near to bus stand and 20 mins from railway station. Autos from railway station charge within Rs. 200 to reach this place which is the most convenient thing. Very comfortable for swiggy orders as nice restaurants are available nearby. The only drawback was no hot water even though they said hot water service for 24 hours. Perhaps, the hotel management can improve hot water service to their future customers. Overall, I would recommend this place for stay inspite of this only issue.

Worst experience ever dirty rooms and staff is so rude, they booked rooms at different amount and at the time of checkout asked for mattresses which we did not take. Book using Agoda or Never book - Very Bad
