Booked 4 rooms. Very well maintained and the staff were amicable. Easy for transport access bcz it is situated just by the main road. Overall good.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The rooms were extremely small, with barely enough space to move around. They provided us with dirty linen, and the double bed came with a thin, poor-quality blanket that was far too small to cover the bed or be shared by two people. When I requested an additional blanket, they refused and instead handed me a dirty bedspread. The TV in the room was not working, and when we asked about it, they said none of the TVs in any room were functional and that they had already complained to the repair team. However, during our entire four-day stay, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, there was no WiFi, even though they claimed to provide it. It felt like they deliberately gave us such low-quality blankets to discourage the use of the AC. Booking an AC room is a complete waste of money since it's already quite cold here. If you ever consider booking a room in this terrible hotel, go for a non-AC room instead. To make matters worse, on the day of checkout, they called me at 5:30 a.m., demanding I vacate the room because they had online bookings. I told them their online bookings were not my problem and that I was entitled to stay until 12 p.m. The caretaker argued with me, claiming I had to leave early because of their bookings. What kind of service is this?

We had booked the room in advance for 4 days and everything was confirmed. But after reaching the venue we were told that one room is only for 2 people, where as when we booked the room they didn't inform us . The worker told us that we can't be even alloted one room until we book 2 and this was as early as 6 in the morning and it was raining heavily.. okay we booked 2 rooms but the room service was worst. 1 room was full of sand and in the 2 days we stayed nobody came to clean, even after informing them. We got fed up and we vacated the room after 2 days. I'd say a big no to this stay. No Wi-Fi, nothing and the claims on make mytrip and other apps regarding this stay are fake. Do not trust the claims.

VERY NEAT AND CLEAN ROOMS & WASHROOMS ALSO GOOD, WIFI AVAILABLE, PERFECT LOCATION, NICE STAFF. GOOD FOR FAMILY STAY

Booked online through Makemytrip app while coming down from Tirumala temple. Chec-in done within a few minutes. Good hotel to stay with family. No restaurant but excellent room service.

Worst experience ever. Never visit this place as they dont consider women safety important. The receptionist doesnt carr about privacy or manners. He would just open your rooms doors if it isnt locked from the inside and barge into your rooms.
