The Spark Hotel

This hotel is not for families and the rooms has lots of cockroach and bugs , not at all maintained , the clearing staff, reception staff is very rude and not cooperative for any support. We vacated with in few hrs and our money was wasted by booking this hotel , please don't book this hotel by seeing photos online . Very very bad maintenance.

room is spacious and interiors are well done. came to meet a saint near velpuru. staff is cordial. restroom alone, though spacious, tap nozzle was missing.

All the windows are not sound proof , which is the minimum requirement for any hotel, completely noisy , Basically a very old structure,they just painted and were not worth it at all with my experience. Bathroom taps are faulty.

This hotel is located in a shopping complex near Pydiparru Bridge, Tanku. Good room ambience , spacious wash room and good interior decoration. I stayed for two days. Air conditioner and TV are not working properly.Service is okay Staff also friendly and polite to the people. Hot water availability is okay. Management shall take care of little maintenance of door handles, providing mosquitoes repellents to customers and take-up maintenance of Air conditioning unit from time to time so as to attract customers frequently. Cost is reasonable. Washrooms are also kept clean.

I stayed in this hotel for overnight with my family while travelling. The location is near Vijaywada highway hence it's very easy to locate it.||||The entrance of hotel is very narrow, so is the parking. They have underground parking which is filled with mosquitoes and some drainage.||||They have very less staff (Only 2 peoples I saw in my stay). The one who sits at reception does not know English or Hindi. The other one knows bit Hindi but is only busy person who handles all guests from check-in to checkout. Both the staff re polite.||||Rooms are good with some unique theme in them. Kids will like it. We were alloted James Bond rooms. The washrooms and linens are clean, Wifi has good speed. The only down side is they have wash basins fixed in main room instead of washrooms.||||They don't have their restaurant. You can place order (for meals and complimentary breakfast) in advance and they will serve it in your rooms.||||Tanuku is small town with no decent restaurants. We landed the other side of railway tracks where we located a small food provider (forgot the name). We had unlimited Andhra Meal for Rs.50 there, the taste was amazing.

We loved such beautiful themed room. But the toilet of one room was not clean. So we called them to clean it. The room maid used the same brush to clean the toilet bowl and the same brush to clean the toilet seat. And also cleaned the floor with it. Thats pretty unhygienic. So we didn't use that toilet. Thanks to us that we jad booked two rooms so we used toilet of other room every time. The staff is unprofessional. Overall the hotel is good and it can be more better if it gets a professional touch. And the themes of the rooms were very pleasant. We had one james bond room and one paris room. A good hotel but needs professionalism.

Hi Team, Greetings of the day... This is an excellent place. Near to NH road, Bus stand, Railway station, Hospitals, good shopping place and Banks with ATM. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth & fast. Hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. The room was very comfortable in every way... Room interiors and colours very excellent and attractive The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the food. The services were with smiles. So our mind also filled with happiness and special thanks to management. The Mayabazar Restaurant was excellent and amazing. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend to others. Good value for the cost. I will certainly be staying here again. Highly recommend to others when in the area. Thanks a lot once again and all the best Guys....

I booked a Single room here but I was given a Suite Room [Spark Antique] as all the rooms are occupied and the room was huge. The Bed was good enough for four people to sleep and the bathroom came with a bath tub. The room had a open terrace with mini garden which was really nice. It also had a dining table, projector with home theater system, rocking chair and a Lounge area. Everything was over the top but the basics are ignored like keeping the room clean or providing basic amenities like soap, shampoo etc.||||This is my second stay at this place and I booked it only because of my good experience on my last visit. But the quality has gone down tremendously, it is a great property even today but it requires proper maintenance and care.
