Absolutely HORRENDOUS Hotel Experience at Hotel Peacock Inn - DO NOT STAY HERE! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Peacock Inn. Our group booked 10+ rooms for one night and two days, and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against anyone staying at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a disaster. The lack of basic amenities was shocking. Several rooms had no bathroom handles, making even simple tasks like showering a struggle. The mosquito infestation was beyond anything I've ever encountered. It wasn't just a few mosquitoes - it felt like we were staying in a mosquito hotel. We were constantly swatting and covered in bites. The problems didn't stop there. The lighting in the rooms was inadequate, making it difficult to see. Many of the AC units were not functioning, leaving the rooms unbearably hot and stuffy. To add insult to injury, the TVs in the rooms were also broken. It's hard to believe a hotel could be so negligent about such fundamental aspects of a guest's stay. And if all of that wasn't enough, the parking situation was a complete mess. There was virtually no parking available, forcing our group to park far away and walk back with our luggage. The absolute worst part of this experience, however, was the hotel manager. Her attitude was appalling. Whenever we brought any of these numerous issues to her attention, she responded with rudeness and disrespect, often scolding us instead of attempting to address the problems. Her complete lack of professionalism and empathy was truly shocking. Hotel Peacock Inn is a disgrace. The combination of broken amenities, the overwhelming mosquito problem, and the manager's terrible attitude made our stay an absolute nightmare. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a room at Hotel Peacock Inn. You will regret it. I certainly do.

This hotel is suitable for families homely appearance and also good for employees. Location is ideal and totally safe location parking space is also good and secured. Cleaning is also excellent.

Clean and hygienic rooms, good maintenance and reciving , location is also good, rooms are suitable for family and official also. My self I had a great experience.

Reached the hotel at around seven thirty at the evening. To my surprise a lone man was seating at the ground floor reception, who gave us our room and carried our luggage. Small mosquito infested rooms. Front car parking area is stacked with scooters and bikes. TV did not work, possibly no hot water for the bath. On request handed me a remote for the room AC which did not work. We were fortunate that we were tired, so could sleep early. Left this place at the earliest possible hour in the morning.

Location is good and ideal. Good staf and room service is also good. Good respons from recisionnist and very polite speaking and very secure. And hygiene rooms and spacious rooms
