Hotel chitturi Heritage

This is the only place for. Family. I can't expect much from the staff as it placed in a cozy place . We have halted en route to Rajahmundry to visit COCOA PLANTATION NEAR THANAKU. As we have searched for stay at thanaku , we find better ratings for this property. We took Deluxe room and room is good but neighbour room occupancy people were making party with loud speaker. After complaining only management has involved otherwise I didn't expect much from property

Good value for money. Hotel is simple but comfortable. |Need better control of the mosquitoes for guest comfort.|Thank you for the great hospitality and care received from your team, especially to the breakfast team for their exceptional service .

Very pathetic service. Presently most of the staff are new and they don't know telugu and even the culture of responding towards customer. Food is also normal only not the one which we are earlier. I hope management is also not interested in running the hotel. Management should improve service to customers betterly than creating new schemes of food which are as usual only. It's better to avoid the restaurant.

For a small town, decent hotel which provided basic comfort. This is no JW Marriott or Waldorf but the hotel provided basic necessity. There was luke warm water shower and not used to seeing a pail & bucket to take a bath.||Staff was attentive also we were there for a wedding so the event planners handled our day to day activities including dining & transportation.

I don't know about rooms but the restaurant is worst . We ordered mutton dum biryani and ulavacharu mutton biryani with full of bone pieces .The pieces were less and the quality of the food is not upto the mark . Restaurant lost its Trademark after lockdown. I have dinned in for almost more than 30+ times in this restaurant for about a period of 5 years. In the recent months it got worse , the prices were so high , and they doesn't give you quality , quantity and taste also for the price you pay . I'm never visiting this place again ever after. Please change your standards or else another food place better than you gonna be the reason for the shutdown of this restaurant. Do something better. All the best .

Good and neat atmosphere with hygienic and delicious food served here with also seasonal and festivals are also done here good rooms even our dy cm pavan sir also stayed here

Tried this restaurant. Awesome food. Buffet veg had all varieties of typical andhra meals
