Reasons for the review 1. No water bottles are given. 2. They are not mentioning the other charges in the invoice. 3. Rooms are big but not cleaning properly.

Worrest in response. Never ever stay here. Front office guy behavior is un acceptable. Bathrooms are worrest. Rooms are spacious. Towels in poor condition. Carridor is Good. No hot water. No room service. Water bottle is too costly. Not worth for price. Car Parking is difficult to park.

Very unpleasant room and disgusting response from the hotel staff. Its a normal room with no basic amenities and bad unhygienic washrooms. it's really terrible to look at these and pay horrifying 2400. The main hotel staff is very arrogant and doesn't have patience to even reply for basic questions on how's ther room appear. Wastage of water to get hot water here- we need to waste ,2 buckets of water for hot water. Very disgusting but need better hotel's in Tanuku. Overall bad experience and bad staff in this hotel.

Location good, room's big, sarvice good all satisfy

I had the most unpleasant experience, talking to the male receptionist of the hotel yesterday afternoon. Very arrogant, impatient and most disrespectful response ever. We booked more than 8 rooms for a wedding accommodation and was enquiring about the timings. It is very important for me to verify the possibility of early checkin or late checkout as per the time of arrival of guests. It is when I am following up regarding these and that too just over second follow up itself the receptionist who is supposed to be responsible has grown impatient and started shouting as if it doesn't matter. I still regret that there is no cancellation for the rooms I booked. I hope atleast receptionists in this hospitality sector be educated and mature enough to have a smile on their face. Inspite of many genuine reviews about the rash behavior of the hotel staff, I don't think the management is educated enough to take care of the guests. Very disappointed .

Excellent rooms no doubt. Service good

Food is unavailable. Room size is good. Only staying in a good place.

No hot water. Staff response for grievance is very bad. For grievance, they are saying that go for another room. No hotwater for my entire stay for 10 days. At reception, sometimes rash behaviour also. Maintenance is good. Not suitable for families as drinking and smoking is allowing openly and causes nuisance.
