Maruthi Residency A/C

The room lacks a latch for locking from the inside, and it is very small with a walkway barely 1 foot wide, making it impossible for a larger person to navigate. Access to the second floor is via a precarious iron makeshift staircase. While the room boy is simple and honest, basic amenities such as toiletries and towels are entirely absent. Charging 1500 per night for such accommodations offers no value for money.

A good Stay at a reasonable price, Very affordable and Rooms available for all levels, from basic to luxury.

I came for official visit at tadipatri .. i found this maruti residency , the guy which the provide rooms.. first he told not have rooms, I say want stay for 3hrs then after he given me one double bed room for 3 hrs for 1000 rs. Then service guy came after 45 mins and told already booked this room for somebody . Pleased vacate from here. I ask you everything about booking .. then why you given for room..I told return the money, but not returned .. service boy I will adjust your next visit. This is horrible service and visit. Guys suddenly want to visit this residency without booking, then carefully handle with owner and service boy.

Compare this Hotel with other options in Tadipatri. This is really well maintained property. Rooms are specious with all basic facilities. Bed sheet and hygiene is taken care of right way.

Property owner Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy and his staff were friendly and had let us our pet to stay with us. It is located near Valmiki junction.Many ancient temples are at walkable distance from this property.Many food joints are nearby.

Its very nice hotel and prices. Good location neet and clear rooms A/C is proper working. all staff is very nice. Specially Mr.mansud raddy is very helpful & very nice person.

Well located, easily accessed, walkable, A/C rooms available. Need to improve service.

Worst experience don't judge with the photos that they post...I have stayed there for 2 days.....it was the worst experience I ever had
