I recently booked an AC room, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The air conditioning was not working, making my stay incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the washroom was dirty, and I found myself without hot water throughout my stay. Despite multiple follow-ups with the management, they seemed completely indifferent to my concerns and offered no solutions. The lack of hospitality and care was shocking. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Save your money and find somewhere that values its guests!

Worst Place to Stay. Pathetic Rooms. TV not working, AC water leakage, Room constantly having foul smell, WiFi not working. The most disgusting was the untrained staff. First Tea in the morning was brought in paper bag & served in paper small cup. Majority fittings in bathroom is broken. Completely wasteful stay in terms of money, hygiene and time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room after reading some online reviews. Everything mostly worked, like ac and hot water. They also have an in house restaurant from which you can order at your room. However, service was a let down, as any request took multiple reminders.

Very worst experience. We stayed for four days. 1 st day entire AC water got leaked They changed our room. Next day flush doesn't work. Rude responses from the staff. Did not provide room service Not at all recommended

AC is not working when power is not available, land phone is there but of no use. Manager is least bothered about hospitality. I went bit tired, want to have a sound sleep. But due to power cut, AC won't work, fan won't work. For every small thing you need to go to reception. Worst hotel ever seen.

Okay Lodge hotel to stay. Need to improve on Room service and cleanliness in rooms. Few Rooms have cockroaches and the Hotel management has to control them. During non peak season say when there are no marriage functions etc., one can negotiate and get a 2 bed room to stay at a reasonable price.
