Hotel Moon Light

We booked the function hall in this hotel and the hall was very neat and clean. The staff were also helpful. There is a dining room right across the hall where we can arrange for food. There are two rooms in the main hall just beside the stage with AC and clean toilets. All in all its a good experience booking with them. There is a lot of paring just beside this hotel, free of cost.

I have stayed here for 6-7 hours and this is one of the best hotels in & around Tadepalligudem. Bus Stop is just few steps away and makes it extremely convenient for non locals. Bedsheets must be changed as there were many stains and few hair follicles here & there. This is the only minus here. Hot Water is supplied 24*7 and AC is working superbly. Did not taste the food here because of personal reasons.

There should be a curtain so anyone can get ready or dress up while being with family

PROS: * The room is spacious and neat. * Good Ambience. * Staff are polite & friendly. I met Mr Krishna, who is very cooperative and helpful. * Recommended to stay with families. * Tariff is very economical. * Parking is good. * Centrally located. CONS: * Food is the major problem. No tiffins are available, like idli, dosa etc * Totally continental menu. * Good for non-vegetarians. * Another area they need to improve is ROOM SERVICE. Very very slow. Even after repeated calls, they took almost one hour to serve the simple item, i.e.coffee.

Well structured and maintained rooms with all amenities like, TV geyser, restaurant under the same roof. Well behaved and accommodating staff. I personally recommend this hotel for all employees and business people. They have spacious car parking with security.

Newly established hotel built and maintained excellently with good infrastructure and ambience. Definitely a best choice in the town. Restaurant is available named Hungry Birds . The food is also excellent with good hygiene. Hope it continues to be maintain the same standards. Staff are also very cordial and obedient. Had a good stay there. Location is just opposite to RTC bus stand out gate which is very convenient.

Nice function hall and Banquet Hall

Need to improve big on customer service as manager is very argumentative and no respect towards customer. Was asked to checkout at 6am and agreed that 7am is ok but since 5am very 30 mns phone calls literally kicking us out. Never seen such behaviour being a frequent traveller. Room is ok, fan regulator broken, bathroom accessories broken, supplies unhygienic water etc., over all a terrible experience
