Tag Line: No 1 Worst hotels i have ever stayed in my life Summary: I stayed here for 2 nights, sorry, I had to stay here for 2 nights due to personal emergency and had no other option. Details: Receptionist (Male with Bald head, i intent not to comment on personal attributes), the most arrogant person with lot of attitude. Not sure if this is because his hotel is on the main road and easy accessible, but i am sure this man doesnt know what is Customer service. I had visited the hotel at 9pm and he told me that they charge Rs.1200 per night for a non-AC room. He asked me Rs.300 as deposit which will be refunded during checkout. I have asked them to show me the room so that i can decide upon. Attender took me to first floor and i was welcomed with Smoking smell right from the steps and inside the room it was very heavy. I think they purchased Cigarettes instead of Agarbattis for maintaining their ambience. The room which attender showed me was very stinky, water logging inside the washroom, blankets bad stains. I have asked the attender to show me a non-smoking room and he said everybody will come here for smoking so all the rooms have smell. I have asked him about the stains on the blanket and he was saying it's visible for him in pure white and he can't spot any stains (i have decided to get my eyes checked even though i have 4K glasses). I was not happy with the room and asked the attender to show me other room(s). He went downstairs to get other rooms keys and the Owner Arjun Reddy informed him not to show me other rooms and they called me to come down. Arjun reddy told me that there are no others rooms available and the room which i saw is the only room. I have requested them to change the blanket and towels and saying this couple of times he agreed and asked me to pay Rs.300 as deposit. Until then i was not informed about the deposit part only. Since i was there for emergency hospital visit which is beside the hotel, i had no other option to take this room for that night. Next day also i had my friend to stay at the hospital so we had extended the room stay for another night. Experience: I am a travelling who have been to multiple places right from Kanyakumari to Ladakh. I have seen and experienced few hotels which were Worst and this hotel is now added to my list. If i didn't had the hospital visit i would had not stayed at this hotel for sure. Suggestion: To the Hotel person, if you are reading my review - learn how to talk to customer first. I am sure that you dont know what is providing service to customer and that's why you are maintaining your hotel in such a way, but when a customer is asking you few things atleast try to arrange those. You had all the rooms vacant but still you told me only 1 room was available. Your attitude will make one day for you to fall all the way down. My sincere advice, learn if not quit this role as you are not a suitable person to maintain a Hotel.

Very bad experience, room is smelling like it is dumped in vijayawada floods. Room lock is not good , it may be opened anytime without our discretion. Bed sheets are full of stains. Service is very bad. Receptionist is talking very rudely. Don't Recommend it..

Bit costly but well maintained Only suggestion, as people are are paying 2000 rupees per day Would suggest to provide basic mineral water bottle atleast instead of keeping a bubble for entire building Which even wont cost 1% of the bill Every-time we customers need to go to downstairs to buy water

I will say that's an affordable stay for one day took an A/C room charged roughly somewhere around 1200/- as the rooms are neat and clean well maintained elevator and the owner was customer friendly and you don't need to worry about the booking and checking of the availability as they are just a phone call away at your service and located next to the main road and walk away distance to Tiffin centres, Hotels,Bus Stop,Bar ..etc if you want to visit AP Secretariat then your best option to stay as it's located in the prime location next to the secretariat road

Ethatic hotel, they gave us AC room but Ac was not working at all and even wifi was not working and they charged us for both AV and wifi. I would never suggest rhis hotel.

Very worst experience.... Staff behaved very rude air conditioner not working properly and cleanliness is also very worst bed buds also distrusting all night hot water not available .. rooms not secure locks not working

Worst hotel in Vijaywada. No hot water. Tv malfunctioned. Above all, the person at reception(7:30 pm on 22.09.2024) has some serious behavioural issues. Not fit to be in service sector. I never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have visited this hotel for 2 night stay with family. This is a family lodging hotel located at service road on NH. The hotel has car parking facility and surrounded by restaurants at walkable distance. But the hotel must need to work on better maintenance of room cleanliness. Basic needs are available.
