I recently stayed at JSN Grand and had an amazing experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept like a baby! The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Sri Kalahasti Temple which made it really convenient for exploring the area. The service was exceptional throughout my stay -- all the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. I truly felt taken care of. I would highly recommend JSN Grand to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Brand new property around 3 months old. Rooms are neat and clean including bathrooms. As this is a new property, everything was new.. starting from air conditioner to television etc. So no complaints on anything. Was getting Hot Water any time which was very good; as they do not rely on solar heaters. Harish personally reached out to me to check on when I got delayed for check-in and also helped suggest how to visit temple and explained formalities. It was nice for him to provide such guidance. Overall good stay. Only negative was the lift music was unbearable as we keep hearing that in the rooms during night time. I had provided the same feedback to the team. Hope they either reduce the volume of lift music (or) completely stop music. We need to park the car in a open ground just opposite to the hotel. However, as there was security most of the time, its not much of a concern.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, primarily for its excellent location close to the temple. The accommodation itself was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a convenient choice for temple visitors. However, my experience was spoiled by the non-functional AC. Despite multiple complaints, the staff insisted that it was a new unit and should work. They sent someone to check, but all he did was try different modes on the remote before saying he would send another technician. This cycle repeated throughout the evening, disrupting our stay, yet the issue remained unresolved. While the hotel's proximity to the temple is a major plus, their handling of basic amenities like air conditioning needs serious improvement.

Rooms are very clean and staff also very respectful with the customers. All electrical equipment's(AC,Hot water)are working fine without any problem. And the temple is walkable distance from the hotel. I recommend you to use this hotel instead of hotels which are very close to temple.

We reached to hotel at 23:00 Hrs on 25/01/2025. Then the hotel staff has received us humbly. Hotel service is also very good. The main thing is it is walkable distance to the temple..... Thanks to Hotel Management. The best hotel I suggest for the family members.
