Hotel New Blue Earth (A Unit of KGH Hotels Private Ltd.)

Highly disappointing experience! The food was far from what we expected--definitely not worth the hype. The taste was awful, and the service was shockingly poor. Wished to have some good family time since it was my father's birthday but turned out to be a pathetic experience! We ordered "Achari Fish Tikka" as one of the starter after noticing it listed under "Today's Special," but it was so salty it was inedible. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, specifically a person named Ashok, his initial response was dismissive: "No other customer has complained." It was frustrating! Only after asking to remove the starter from table, did he bother to taste it and admit that it was, in fact, salty. Yet, despite acknowledging the issue, they still charged us for it. Trust me, food here tastes pathetic! Such a lack of basic customer service and professionalism is unacceptable. With experiences like this, I'm definitely never returning. Extremely disappointed.

Nice location centric with easy access to transport, eateries and other essentials. Friendly staff welcoming guests and helping guests with best advice. I strongly recommend anyone planning a trip to srikakulam to stay here. Front desk assistant Drakshyaini was very helpful. We wish her success and really appreciate her help.

Best service and prime location to halt at least 30 minutes for photography view and make your mood fresh.

They got money from somewhere & built a hotel. But they don't have the education to manage it.||Even in a a suite room, they don't supply hand towels in the wash room. They ask guest to use bath towels each time, to wipe hands.||They have off-loaded the kitchen to 3rd party. As a result, you need to pay each time against each order. Even for a bottle of water. This is 1st time I came across such a pathetic system in the world, thru my travel career of 30+ years.||On top of that, most of their staff don't understand Hindi & English both. Rather, they expect guests to know all local languages, as their staff are a mix of Telugu/Tamil/Malayali/Kannada.||Hats-off to them with a question, why they exist in India.

And the 3rd party will supply you stuff against immediate payment only, no matter how many times you order within an evening. You have to pay each time. When I insisted to sign the bills & settle the entire amount at the time of checkout, waiter returned with my ordered item without delivering it to me. I complained it to Restaurant but some Mr. Deepak manages the restaurant & he behaves very arrogantly. He said he won't supply stuff to my room. I raised the issue with their Hotel manager, he said he doesn't understand Hindi & English both. He simply said one word, CHECKOUT. Hats off to their Dadagiri. This is the first time I have come across such a nuisance, thru my travel career of 30+ years.

We recently stayed at the Hotel New Blue Earth in Srikakulam. I had booked 4 rooms for my family members; all rooms we stayed-in were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and courteous, especially Dakshayani in the front office. Restaurant food tastes awesome. Restaurant staff were accommodative and served hot and tasty breakfast with a smiling face, much beyond their stipulated breakfast time, as we got delayed due to our temple visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and was a great stay.

Services need drastic improvement. Hot water system installed incorrectly Knob stuck in between the normal warm & hot water water so u won't get warm water for bath from shower Restaurant services are too slow disappointed Asked for tea , waited for 15 mins, unfortunately I left without taking tea as I couldn't afford further waiting time for a cup of tea Rooms are spacious, elegant that's the only plus point in hotel
