Mountain View Resorts

Good location right on the Highway yet great Mountain View. Rooms are very clean and neat. Ambience is good , food is great. Separate restaurant for dine in and room service also available. Pool is also good and warm in winter morning. Open partying place and Screen and camp fire available at extra cost. Overall happy with all services.

We stayed 2 nights in this resorts, taken |Individual Cottage rooms with balcony.. rooms are very nice...Best location for familiy, friends and couples will enjoyed most...... very plasent at Swimming pool area in the Night time....... if you want bonifier you nee to order will charge 600 to 800....Jio Mobile works good... And there is wifi facilities available... And also on request.... They are providing OPEN AREA PROJECTOR WITH Music system in the night time for free... Thats fentastic amenity to chilling up with couples/ friends or families... Nice resorts in the ARAKU ghat Road...!!!!

This hotel is located in the foothills.. 35 + km short of Arraku valley. It's situated on a deserted place on the highway, with no civil establishment within 8 km. Rooms are I'll maintained. Service below average. Food below average. Poor choice of food available on weekdays. Staff openly asking for tips from hotel guests. Overall.. poor for a 3 star hotel.

I recently stayed at Mountain View Resort, and overall, I had a fairly average experience. The location was nice, and the resort itself had a pleasant ambiance. The views were great, and it was a peaceful environment, which we appreciated. However, there were a few areas where the resort fell short. Our room was comfortable enough, but it could have been cleaner. There were a few minor maintenance issues,no hot water. pool could use better upkeep. The staff was polite, but service could be slow at times, especially when we ordered food. Overall, Mountain View Resort is a decent place to stay if you're looking for a basic, no-frills experience. With a few improvements in cleanliness and service, it could be a much better option. I'd recommend it if you're not too particular about the finer details and just want a relaxing getaway.

The best place to have team events, family and Couple stay. Good view of surroundings from resort and the best part is the most tastiest food I never had, very friendly staff. We enjoyed 2 night stays with friends !

It's amazing experience in this resort we enjoyed a lot with my frnds. And I want visit it again next time

The resort has potential to be a 5 star but unfortunately no maintenance is done. The rooms are good but have cracks and ants are roaming everywhere. Mattress, Pillow Blankets were not clean and it was smelling. Swimming pool water was dirty. The service is very bad. While taking the room they asked to deposit extra 500 which we did and during check out they started calling early morning which was 3 hrs early from check out time and asking for money of the food which we ate in the resort as if we were running away without giving the money. Then as soon as they got the money they remove power back up from the room (we still had 2 hrs left from the check out time). If the owner of this resort is reading then you should take a serious action on this asap before it is too late and your employees forcefully asking for the extra money. During night the resort seems to he haunted as they close lights from everywhere. I would not recommend family and specially couples to go and stay there it's not safe. Worst and very slow service provided. There were no booking details. We went directly to the resort and booked the room. They provide a mob number in which we transferred the amount. For room booking the number was different and for food they provided another number to send the money.

Overall the experience was really good, The service, behaviour of the staff, the food all of it was extremely satisfying. The rooms were good to stay in. The resort is in quite an isolated location from Araku valley but if people have their own transportation it's actually a lovely place for vacation with a pool facility too. The food quantity that they provide is well enough for two people. The stay here was actually memorable.
