Hotel Karthik Residency Sattenapalle

Location in prime area but very congested area. 4 wheeler parking is highly impossible. All surrounding lanes are very narrow. Ambience normal. Staff ok. This AC Function hall good for 100 + gathering. Separate AC dining hall for buffet. Cleaniness ok. Common toilets are on top floor. Overall ok

My brother marriage was done there ,but place is short compared to kakatiya.it was ok for less people coming to marriage.Room service is good.Overall it's nice place to the functions with short number of people

It's not worth of booking, we booked for 3 people for 2 days stay and they r not allowed other to vist us in room and many many restrictions...like in the night lift switched off..and no service from r food r any tea type..even no water.bottle they provide ....but.. we booked cz no other hotels were available to in that day ..to stay ..

The people appear to be courteous but not. Even though we book the rooms well in advance for a function, they used to tell the required no of rooms are booked on our name, but at the time of function they won't the no of rooms booked, not honest. The rooms are also not neat. Not recommended for rooms.

Rooms are good, if you want any rooms near by market or near by small busstand, you can avile this. It is hotel with marriage hall. Only problem is car parking , we need to part on road. Rest all good no resturant aviable. But swigi and zommoto are there.

One of the great experience and a memorable stay... The hotels location is one of the prime location of satannapally. No complaints regarding the ambience, the room was so tidy I can say it did justice Stayed in November 20 2020

Hygenic, prompt room service, there are couple of outlets around the residency like grocery, eateries, ATM and bank. It has function hall facility with lift service and power backup

Rooms are pretty clean and fresh. Service is awesome...Its a pure family hotel. Had a great time and carrying sweet memories from my stay...
