Room : have only one charging socket and again which won't charge laptop, it only support mobile charging. Bath room door not working, bed dont have cushioning , no blanket , and dusty chairs and tables. No lift. No dust bin. Bathroom filled with match sticks. Service: owner asks you when you will vacate, my suggestion is don't give time, if you give time, they barg until you vacate. Even you have 12hrs left, they will call and hit door until you vacate. money minded skum. Location: located beside the wine shop, night time is not safe, street filled with drinkers. Don't go by seeing building looks.

It is worst experience, switches are broken, no drinking water. Rooms and bathrooms are bad smell. They ask full payment before enter room. If you make advance amount half. They call midnight at 2 am for full payment.

Average rooms. Toilet was clean. Bed was clean. Fan was at full speed with the switch broken. There were some weird insects on the bathroom walls. Called the manager several times but fan problem did not get sorted out. Horrible road from samalkot to kakinada. Paid 1000rs for check-in at 5pm and check out at morning 7am. Rate was a little high for this place.

I never see this type of rooms lot of Cockroachs in room no blanket no service Owner also money mindset by mistake i send 9k but he is refund 8k onely 1000 rupes tax he said

Hotel Manager was not polite. No drinking water was arranged in the room. No attendents. No Service of any type. No proper lighting in room. Untidy rooms. All electrical switch were out of order. Asked for cost for Guests who visited me. Had they arranged only drinking water for my guests would have happily paid for the services. They didn't provide water to even we who had occupied their room for a day

Never seen such a henious scam. These guys charged 1000 rs for 1 hr. We were 4 members and wanted to fresh up. They told that the rooms are only for 2 people. The worst part is they didn't even turn on the AC. Never recommended such place even to my enemies.

Worst hotels Don't visit this hotel. Room Price 1000 . Asking 1100 advance. Fraud hotel in samalkot. Better to take another hotel.

Staff are very helpful. There provided 4 A/c rooms on 30 minute notice. There are a total of 19 rooms in this hotel and is walkable from both Samarlakota Railway station and bus stand. Deducted one star for lack of operating lift and hot water in all rooms and a leaky faucet. They have solar water heating system which could take long time to heat if there is no sunshine. They have 4 'Deluxe' A/c rooms coming up tomorrow (11th October 2018) onwards right on the ground floor to accommodate elderly who find climbing stairs difficult. Try booking directly if you need 2+ rooms as there is about Rs 300 for A/c rooms. (A/c 1300 per room and 700 per Non A/c room vs 1600 on GoIbibo etc.,). They have genset power backup, ACT TV service, complimentary WiFi, free car parking for about 5 cars, drinking water (may not be RO purified though). They prefer cash and charge 2% extra for card transactions. Tip: Ask for room #201 as part of your rooms if you are a group as it has Havells instant water heater and poor solar water heating system in other rooms. It may however be noisy at nighttime considering it is next to reception.
