1. No restaurant. Need to go outside.||2. No hot water. Only by solar heater and only for short duration in the morning.||3. No mirror in bath room (for shaving)|| ||Location is reasonably ok. On the main road but slightly far off from the station. Rs 30/- to Rs. 50/- by auto.||Cleanliness is reasonably ok.

It's quite good. Simple and neat experience. If you enjoy the stay. I think it's good place for touring people's and the day to watch TV . Ac and non- ac rooms are available. It's good

I landed in Tirupati around 2000 in the evening. After visiting couple of hotels/ Guesthouse, I found this Guesthouse. This guesthouse was with cleanrooms . There is bit of noise from Road in the room ,Which drops after 2200 .||||There are nice eatries near by . ||||Rooms can accomodate 2-4 people depending on need.||Price is good in the range of 1000-1500 .

Good, but you should go for AC rooms not non AC... maintenance for non AC is not that great

Place is more covenant for Amararaja factory and airport, inside of the hotel is very normal can expect an average gestures only.
