Hotel O Renigunta Near Railway Station

The worst hotel I have ever visited!!! It is so dirty you cannot stay there for five minutes. The mattress and bedsheets were filled withe stains. There were cockroaches on the bed! The rooms were this much dirty I cannot describe the bathroom situation. If I had choice to not choose the ratings I would have chosen that because they don't deserve even a one star.

Avoid this hotel if you don't want to spoil your holidays. No body will listen your complaints. You keep calling aggregator they will keep putting your call on hold and say.. Hotel Manager, Property Manager, receptionist.... All bloody stupids are not available. At last you will spoil your holidays ruin your time and mood and of course Money.

Very bad and lost value. No one at reception. See the condition of reception in photo attachment. Dirty lenin and smell in room. AC is running but no reduction in room temperature. Over all very bad experience and trust on your platform has fallen flat.

Is this even a hotel? Seems more like a dump yard. Roaches on the bed, mosquitoes everywhere. Bed sheets with dirty stains. Literally SHITT!!! Still wondering how this has 3.5 stars here. I couldn't stand 10mins in this hotel and immediately checked out.

Don't visit this hotel if you want a pleasant stay. The hotel images are misleading. The rooms are of poor quality with water seepage and mosquitoes. The bedsheets and linens were not washed and had dirty spots all over. The service staff could not manage to change them even after request. AC was working and the staff was polite though

It was nice experience staying here. The staff is very supportive and they have maintained hygiene.

Whether the OYO team reviewing the comments are AI based or humans.. I have clearly mentioned that the receptionist not given any booking ID. But for my previous review they replied as login to Oyo website, which is again asking for booking ID... Very very bad experience.. PAST review:- I am not Not received my invoice copy. I tried to customer care but they are asking for booking id. I walked in directly, receptionist not given any booking ID to me. I paid 1500rs to him while check-out, he told Oyo will send invoice to my email id. But still not received. Check in : 23-12-2024, Check out : 24-12-2024. No support from customer care also..

Front end reception executive is not good. No support on anything, not providing TV remote, just telling as TV not working. Not giving AC remote, setting AC temperature and taking remote, telling as only one remote available..
