Decent Place For Stay.Rooms Are Average.Very Nearby From Renigunta Railway Station Makes This Place Special.Just Booked This Place Since We Had To Catch Early Morning Train From Renigunta. Note:For All Those People Booking This Place Through Online Portal,Remember After Seeing Your Booking Confirmation They'll Try To Scam You By Saying That It's A 12hours Booking (12Noon-12Midnight).Don't Fall In That Trap And Contact Your Booking Portal. In My Case,I Made 1 Day Booking Through Ixigo,On Checkin Receptionist Guy Told Me That Your Booking Is For 12Hrs Only(12Noon-12Midnight).I Told Him What Nonsense Is This;Who Does Checkout @ 12 Midnight.After Discussion,The Other Guy Entered And After Seeing Booking Confirmation,He Told Something To Receptionist In His Language,And He Was Convinced That Our Booking Was (FOR 24Hrs,NOT 12Hrs). Later I Checked All Booking Portal Where This Hotel Is There,I Found There Was No Option To Book For 12 Hrs So Basically He Was Trying To Fool Us.So Just Be Cautious While Checkin and Have Clarity On That Time Only To Avoid Last Moment Nuisance At Checkout.

Owner is too rude and they showed us the room in 1st floor and after payment they allot the room in 2nd floor and the room is too worst Room is not Cleaned at all Cockroach are there in the room Flush and gun is not working in the bathroom Leakage is there in the bathroom

The Rest house is very low categrory and the owner is lier and rude. Charges are very high and recommed not to stay here. i stayed on dated 15.04.2024 with my family for 8 hours. the experience was so horrible and bad. when i booked my room it was committed for AC but after 2 years the AC was switced off from Reception; when i asked about than the owner replied time is over. I booked in after noon 1.30PM and my train was @ 10.45. it was booked till 10.00PM but owner charged extra from me with asking that the time is over till 9.00PM only. ||||I recommed all to not stay in the Rest house in any situation. The behaviour of staff and owner is also very rude and bad manner. we all were torutured after paying amount. There was false committtment and even ready to fight with us. i suggest all to not stay in any circumstances.

IISER, IIT, AIRPORT are near from Renuguntha. Appanna Rest rooms are Near Bustop and Railway station.. Best restrooms in best price.. The owner has social aspect... We were went IISER tirupati and stayed Appanna rest house so he didn't took lot money only 700 for 3 persons for 24 hours. All facilities of common man are there and reasonable price.. Thanks APPANNA Rest house team.

Worst room Boges staff Management Please don't stay there

Total fraud, they don't provide services they mention on online websites, once you visit it is totally different than what it is on websites, owner is the 8th wonder of the world, he has multiple personalities one before taking money & one after taking money, two complete different behaviours. Pathetic behaviour with customers. Do not visit, he only cares about money & not customer base. Once you hand over the money, he show's his arrogant nature. Never have I ever have experienced such behaviour from rest house owners.
