Hotel Preetham Residency

Great residence and they are maintaining the hygiene and spacious bathrooms we got time to stay for one night we didn't feel any uncomfortable there, they provide parking for vehicles and it has attached function hall to but if you had booked the room at the time of functions obviously your sleep will have some disturbance which is inevitable. But overall great place to stay in raychoti.

No Card Payment facilities, no towels provided, TV remotes not working, soaps, drinking water bottles were provided after asking to reception. They provide service but you have to ask for the amenities. Half of them are not in working condition. But as compared to other lodges it is somewhat better in this place in the city. But these people have to provide facilities as mentioned and prices are also high looking at facilities available.

The best you can expect in the city. Safe for vehicle. Has lifts. Rooms are neat. Water is all time available. Ask for hot water. If you feel cold . It's not too close to temple but it's definitely suggested for safety.

Rooms were cleaned, water bottles available, Washroom flush also working, tap water available for bath. No hot water. No towels available, double beds were comfortable. Near to Rayachoti bus depot. Safe place. Overall ok experience.

Bath rooms are semi functional, TVs are not working, no provisions what so ever. Less cleanly as compared to its 3star hotel status. Rooms are under maintained. Not worth the price they charge.

Old building. Not maintained up to mark . Very bad service . hot water not available . They won't tell when giving room . While giving room they talk in all languages. When u have any issues they start saying they don't know anything except Telugu . Not a recommended place for non telugu people .

Very poorly managed. If you expect basic hygiene like changed bedsheets, clean bathrooms, hot water. Don't come here. No soaps, towels, drinking water provided. Flush doesn't work. The toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. Not worth the price.

This is one of the oldest hotel or lodge in the town which is more than a decade old. Room service is pathetic. Rooms are not painted from long long time. Basic amenities like hot water, tv, drinking water, towels are not provided. Car parking is available and there few small shops from where you can buy some snacks.wont recommend this for families.
