I experienced the worst. No reception, in room lizards or running on the floors, worst food, no reason of staff or manager sumanth. Not a single time he came and asked about the problems. After asking also they can't able to serve tea or coffee. I cancelled my booking in advance and check out the resorts. Then also manager didn't asked why we are going. So will not suggest any one. I regret to tell you that It's a night mare in your Resort .No one attended us properly.we placed an order for Tea but no one responded.Maintenance was worst inspite of booking in advance no one attended the rooms . Lizards were seen everywhere even on the floor.Glasses were unclean , Kettle was full of dust n foul smell.Food was not available even the order was not attended.breakfast was very very limited.Swimming pool was worst.Dust papers n leaves were removed in our presence when we demanded.with this unfortunate n deadly experience we vacated immediately and booked another resort .

Rooms are really tiny,room service and restaurant service is pathetic, trust me it's completely outside the main town and no mode of transpor( like you won't even get a passerby to give you lift forget about autos)of transport from here, and these guys denied to serve breakfast and said we don't serve any breakfast. ( Just imagine being completely outside the town with no signs of transport or any kind of restraunt near by and the nearest point where you will get breakfast is 6kms from this place) There was a bald person in the reception who acted as if is president Trump of United States of Andhra pradesh. And when I very politely asked that guy than can I get some extra soaps then he said " no we don't have many to give it like that" dude I just asked for soap and not your hair.... And for the amount they charge for one night you can better rooms with better facilities in Araku for 7 nights. Pathetic place!!!

Had an amazing New Year's celebration at Vana Resort, Araku! The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it so peaceful and refreshing. The event was well-organized with great music, tasty food, and super friendly staff. The midnight countdown under the stars such a magical experience! If you're looking for a perfect mix of nature and fun, this is the place to be. Already can't wait to visit again!

The hotel is perfectly situated amidst the scenic beauty of Araku. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front desk team was very professional and quick to address our queries, and the housekeeping staff ensured our rooms were spotless every day. The restaurant staff were courteous and served delicious local dishes. Overall, the location and service were outstanding!

Just had an amazing holiday time with family and friends,such a great resort,completely camp nature The view from the room was excellent and breathtaking, kids friendly resort,they provide many outdoor games,pool was huge and well maintained,morning walk around the resort was just relaxing,food was good,the staff is very friendly. Resort is very close to all main local attractions. Happy to stay in this resort , looking forward to stay again and again for an amazing get together we recommend to family and friends.

I visit Best Resort near padmapuram garden, Room are very and clean and premium, resort look very beautiful and Available swimming, cricket practice Net,shettel ,volley Ball and children playing area And Greenry Garden and Resort Fort view is Awesome, Around the resort Nature friendly and Provide 24/7 service.

I gave one star for the quality of the room, which is good. Let's check others: Cost of the room is Rs. 6300, which is too high compared to any other in Araku. There are others which are of equal quality but charging around 3000-4000. In house restaurant has a menu, out of which only 1 or 2 items are available. No complimentary breakfast even after charging so high for the room. The staff has no proper response for any quick you ask. Towels and Bedsheets quality is not good. Overall, not worth it!
