The restaurant is packed, but the staff are creepy and slow. They barely take orders, and you're served last. Everything else seems okay, but it feels eerie.

The market is too good nearby. Local fish markets are famous in India. Everyone should go there. I love that place. Strongly recommend for trips and holidays.

No proper cancellation policy, even after informing before 48 hours no refund was given,they are least bothered to answer and the person said you can use this booking next time when you visit, when I asked how long is this valid he had no proper answer. You should have a clear cancellation policy and inform customers about the same.

Worst service and worst attitude of servers who have been there through years I have been going since 15 years but their ways have changed .. Senior managers are mum about it and the waiters aren't moved by any problem raised by the customer. No courtesy shown while dealing with subtle things ... Switch boards are not working. Worst switch boards . Workers spent hoursbin my room to repair.Internet is not working. After many repeated calls, repaired internet connection by evng. Very good location and city view. Breakfast is good.
