Overall experience was average for the room cost. The hotel is located at the backside of the Rajahmundry railway station (walkable distance of 5 mins). We booked an elite room through Goibibo. Check in and checkout time is at 12 pm. Lift is available. No in house restaurant. Zomato delivery and rapido service are round the clock. Room was average for the cost. Single towel, two packet of biscuits, single small bath soap, single shampoo packet and a 300 ml water bottle are provided (as complement). Hot water is available for bathing. If we need extra water bottle, have to pay 25 rs/L.

It was a sort stay. Just for a night. We had to stay since we were tired. But for the price you can get better hotel. It was okay. Some pungent smell was there from lobby till the room. Bedsheet was not clean.

Wonderful location but cleanliness was not upto the mark. Wash room was very small and unclean. Should have an own restaurant and no CP breakfast.

The staff at the reception is friendly and smiling. But the hotel is far from everything, nothing close walking distance. Bathroom old and dirty, spots on the bedsheet and the room hadn't been cleaned the 3 nights I spent there. Clearly overpriced.

Please check the rooms before confirming your stay here. Staff is polite and helpful. However, the pathetic condition of the rooms overshadows everything else. Special guests - BEDBUGS

The best hotel in Rajahmundry. Hygienic atmosphere and very clean . The facilities like wifi and maintenance also good. Overall I will give 5 stat

Everything is Good. The only issue is with the mattress. They are using a spring mattress and the springs came out due to the wear and tear and they refused to replace it. We got back ach due to this.

Recently we're stayed in this hotel with family when we had trip to Lambasingi hill station. Entire trip I had very worst experience in this hotel. Just understand how difficult it is having bath in middle of December. Wonder thing is this hotel is rated as 3 star, but hot water was not provide entire our oneday stay. I been called and reported hot water problem many times to receptionist. They simply ignored and keep saying it come after some time. Finally they agreed that hot water is not coming for entire hotel. Rooms are very congested. Only one service boy available for entire hotel.
