Room service was worst even water bottles r not there

Good Evening all, Worst rooms and worst conversation with the customer when complaining against AC not working. The person telling that he will not sort out the issue but he can only change the room how many times you complaint the same also. That AC working only for 30 mins then it will off automatically if i ask the person he is telling that this kind of the service only we can provide ani. If you want just change the room that's how many times means as you raise the complainant that many time he can change the room but don't do the issue sort out. Already morning once they changed the room due to washroom door not closing and leakage of water from AC. And also as their wish they asked me to vacate the room all of sudden. Management has to take the action like this staff if they are entertaining these kind of things means can think about management also. This is worst hotel and don't choose it and don't get the this kind of worst experience. Thank you

Worest I ever see noo unity staff and reception has also worest...rooms has they are no best beds it was a spong beds worest experience ever in my life....Sri kannya and oye are better than sesha residency... cleaning are nice ...door locks was worest 403 and 404 rooms many problems are there Im a YouTuber I was uploaded my channel check the video...my self YouTube channel....boy service has also worest...I give boy to 500 to take tiffin and water bottle... after 30 he will come and give me those items but he can't give change... Decent place if you are looking for a short stay near bus stand. Clean spacious rooms, clean toilets with running hot water, location on not so busy road but still close to bus stand, helpful and disciplined staff is what liked. They follow full checkin/checkout process and also took my feedback during checkout which was quite surprising. Will definitely look for this place when I am RJY for a short stay next time.

Located very next to Sheldon hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free WiFi service is available for all floors. Both AC & Non AC rooms are available with TV facility . Service levels needs improvement. However, they charge moderately heavy. Food services are available from external third party hotels, but waiting time is intolerable.

Absolute worst experience and literal beggers.These guys literally cancelled my bookings. I booked two rooms for 25 March 2023 as I asked for a proforma invoice for paying them the full amount as booking amount. I told them that I would make payments on 25th morning. I even gave them the phone numbers of guests and confirmed the bookings. I was ready to pay them provided they gave me a confirmation via proforma invoice or atleast an email. They failed to do that and cancelled my bookings. The person's name was Mr. Subhramanyam. Worst experience.

Food is a big, you need to go long distance to get safe food. Hotel brings from outside, most of the time adultered food, which is causing instant Gastric, Acidity, loose motions and Vomiting. Pricing is high without basic requirements.
