River Bay Resort

Excellent location. Rooms were good. Cleanliness of toilet should be better. No maintenance of some part of the room. Breakfast and dinner were good. Hotel have to have additional card payment machine as we wasted 15minutes due to card hanging during check out. We only rectified the issue. Deep cleaning, renovation can make it 5star rating for sure. Keep improving

The property is located at a good place near the river. The rooms are big and neat. But the bathrooms had really a weird smell. They have parking space if u are taking ur own vehicle and if u have an EV vehicle then charger is available over there. But it's a slow charger. I don't know about their food because we had opted for room only.

Absolutely Pathetic service, bedsheet were totally in worst condition. Restaurant staff over charges everything out of menue card prices. Unprofessional and Rude staff, not recommended to stay with family. No toilet accessories are provided, despite charging more that other excellent rated hotel's like La Hospin or Hotel Shelton

This is the worst nightmare this photos help the place because i have a good camera but really the hotel is need to be demolished has spotted linens damage matres the bathroom or wash room is a disaster liking water because there's no divisions between toilet and shower a totally mess the furniture is broken in pieces. The front desk is hostile at the start very rust the front desk is hold with tape and the only thing is less bad is the free buffet the food is not the best but work and have oats(Oatmeal) and the personal serve you do a good job.

Excellent property in an excellent location. The room #206 were very big, clean and well organised. The view of the room was available from the room. The attached bathroom was also big and clean. Wifi and Parking space both are available. The food tasted good but it was too costly. Service was good. Overall I can rate 4/5.

My husband, I and our doggie stayed here on our trip from Bangalore to vizag. It's the best place to stop and enjoy the view by the river. The place is quiet, well maintained, clean and the best part is - it's by the river! If you are someone who chases sunsets then this place is a must visit! The river view rooms offer a balcony with a direct view to a sunset by the river and if you know what you are looking for then you will also find ample birds. The service is great, the staff can be slow but that's just the pace of Rajamahendravaram. The food is also good. This place is close to all the temples on the river side and you can see the Havelock bridge also from River Bay resort. Overall, it was a great experience.

So much to renovate as they are not even bothered on broken doors and filthy smell in rooms before giving it to customer One of the worst stays and we should forcefully order from kshatriya foods which is damn bad at taste.

To be brief, this is a good spot if you want quick access to railway stations and bus station. The resort is peaceful, spacious and the view is amazing. Things which should be better are quality of rooms and cleanliness, as the rooms are not really cheap!
