La Hospin Hotel

We went to stay at La Hospin, Rajahmundry, on April 12, 2025. Due to the unavailability of lower-category rooms, we booked a luxury room as advised by the hotel. However, when we checked the room, we were shocked. It was a simple deluxe room. We know this because we had stayed at the hotel earlier, in September 2024. When we informed the receptionist about this, she started arguing that it was indeed a luxury room. She asked for the bill from our last stay, but they never shared a hard copy of the bill and expected people to carry it with them to show. I paid via credit card, so I have a statement to share the bill details. Moreover, we have a vlog and shared a video of the same room, which was published on YouTube. We asked them to call a senior manager, but nobody came. For a 3-star property with no recreational activities or pool, they are charging 5,000 per night. We left the hotel and stayed at Sarovar Portico that night. This is an unprofessional way to treat customers. We're really disappointed. Transparency and honesty are essential in the hospitality industry. They seem to want to make more money when bookings are high by booking lower-category rooms as higher-category rooms. My advice to all who are booking is to always ask hotel staff to show their other category rooms and ask bills on email also.

One of the best places to stay! The staff is very helpful, and there's plenty of parking space. The restaurant is great too--they even served us food after closing hours, which was really thoughtful. The rooms are nice and come with a balcony. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel @ Rajamundry. Service rendered by the staff is so good. Food is really very nice. Stated there for four days. No stomach upset and all. Food is really marvelous. The cleanliness of the room is well-maintained. The double room is a bit small but comfortable. The wash room is too good and has enough space. The common area is very good and spacious. Lift facility is also speedy Parking space is enough. Had a very good stay. Being a vegetarian, I had plenty of options.

Excellent Stay Experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Hospin, Rajahmundry hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breathtaking View One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view of East Godavari from the hotel and rail bridge over the river is true bliss Overall, I will surely recommend La Hospin hotel.

Front office / Reception team were not welcoming Guests. They just seemed mechanical, unwelcoming stance during both checkin and checkout process. Its very unusual that I saw for this kind of hotel with this kind of ratings. Breakfast buffet was missing few items which were never refilled and the food order during dinner took too long time to serve. Only good part was Rooms were clean, AC was good, TV was working fine. Overall, We didnt had a good experience of stay here.

The food is very delicious and ambience is very nice. Pramila and Durga helped us to order the best items in the menu. Its worth to visit again.

Excellent hotel at prime location and good amenities and staff at Rajahmundry. The view from the rooms facing Godavari river is serene and beautiful.
