Very nice hotel to stay and good service

The room was decent but the service was very disappointing. At this price (2k/night) we expect quality service. There was no curtain with the two-way glass window in our room (so nothing to prevent the sun entering the room, also compromises with the privacy), we requested the manager multiple times, but he didn't provide us the required service. Also charged extra 200 as a late fine for two hours, but while booking the room we clearly mentioned that we will take couple of hours more to checkout. Overall it was not so good experience for us. I will attach the picture of the naked window below. I would not recommend this at all.

Decent low price enonomy hotel

Had a very mixed feelings at this place. Rooms are good, but you have to call up the reception early in the morning to switch on the geyser. Restaurant is maintained by someone else and for complimentary breakfast, you need to go to reception in the third floor (which is weird) and collect you breakfast coupon which is very limited for a 100bucks. It's like 2idly, 1wada and a coffee. Service sucks as the guys at reception were pretty rude in behavior.

I have stayed in the Hotel for 5 days , from 16th July to 21st July, 2018. I had a comfortable stay here and the hotel is very nice and clear. The staff at the Reception are very polite and co-operative. In this connection I would like to have a particular mention of one Shri. Hari Krishna, who is Incharge Supervisor of this Hotel...he speak with a smile and is always helpful...I do feel he is an Asset to this Hotel...and the Hotel Industry needs persons with such a attitudes. The room service is not so good...the serving persons are always look forward to tips...and make you inconvenient...I have seen them serving Tea in a polythene cover and filling the same in Flask while serving in the room...they needs to be disciplined. The the restaurant is good but, their rates are on Higher side...the breakfast item are good in the morning and Lunch and Dinner items needs to be qualified.

Quality room with decent service, responsive staff. 40 to 50 MBps wifi speed, unstable network during summer seasons. Restaurant is a bit pricey. Would suggest to order online. There are so many restaurants with tasty food available within 5km radius of the hotel.
