Well maintained rooms, Friendly staff and easy way to find And one more thing is Very nice view point at top of the Hotel.

One of the worst hotel and staff i had never seen in my life, they dont know how to behave with customer, no hot water, i dont recommed this hotel to stay in rajamandry so please dont go and suffer

All helpers and watchman tease u for tips and room condition is not great.. Washroom wasnt up to the mark

Quality of rooms and lift need to be improved greatly. Rooms and beds need to be cleaned more thoroughly before giving to people. There is no complimentary. But there is wifi facility. Service is not exceptional but its fine.

The main road is narrow to go to the hotel. Sometimes very difficult to go.

I called this hotel and made a phone reservation for a triple room for two days after checking pricing online. The rooms are standard. The bathroom is filthy, and the service is awful. Since the hotel room phone is broken, I can only reach reception by mobile phone till 12:30 p.m., after that reception phone will be inoperable. I've never experienced this level of service at another hotel. Even for room service, we need to call reception, who will tell us they will send a boy and have him there in few minutes (but in reality he will reach after two hours). Overall, it is not advised to stay at this hotel. However, you can definitely get a room if you have no other options.

I have no idea where to start. Never had a stay worst than this till date. The room service was too bad, no maintenance. They didn't even provide us pure drinking water and the water they gave us was too bad to taste. And the staff also gave us rude response. Actually we were people of 110 and they gave us non-a/c rooms for the same price of a/c rooms and upon that while leaving they asked us to pay for extra 7500/- . The rooms are very bad to stay and webcobs are all around, full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to waste ur money. :(
