Worst place worst service.. I needed room for 4 hours 9-1:00. Since checkout time is at 11:00 I thought I'll book from 12:00 and request early checkin. They denied my request even when I told I needed for 4 hours. They asked me checkin would start from 12.30 and if I want early checkin I had to pay double! This is one useless hotel please don't go thru Oyo or Agoda to this they'll show you hell! I had to sit in the hotel lobby for more than an hour and they'd still not allow me. Worst hotel worst experience

Best oyo hotel in Rajahmundry, they provided early check-in without any fare, i really impressed with their gesture, new ac's,well behaved staff, i really felt impressed with their service

Everything is outdated. Don't dare to open windows. My Room key was not at all working. Not a family suitable place. Check in/out is not convenient. Wierd sound from decades old ac

Very unprofessional receptionist and manager. I booked hotel via OYO and when I arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm they showed me extremely small and dirty room although I booked for Delux room and when I told them to give some clean room, the person at the reception talked with the manager and told me they can not give me room and to check with OYO customer care team. And asked me to book room again on the spot with them for higher price. I drove around 650km with my wife and late in the evening he was telling me check with oyo to cancel the booking as they can not give me room now, it was very unethical and unprofessional. I request OYO and other booking websites to blacklist such hotel from their list. Finally I managed to book another room nearby and after long discussion with oyo finally I got the refund after cancellation which was extremely hectic.

I would give minus rating if there was any option. Trust me this is a fraud hotel. Online pics are different and when u reach there it's cheap rooms and bathrooms. Nothing works properly in rooms like fans, AC, tv, lights, no hot water even in summers LOL. Staff behaviour is really worst I have ever seen. Also no extra person allowed even though they will agree upon booking. Bedsheeta had some stains and very bad smell. Please be aware

Never ever stay here if you dont have car parking space in this hotel. Hotel receptionist behaviour is not that good. As there is no space to Park car in the hotel parking area i parked my car just 50 mts away from hotel at 10 30 pm. Some idiot with out any minimum common sense scratched my car on bonet n right side doors. Worst experience. I wish that idiot will suffer for hos mistakes in life .

Rooms are very cheap. However the mattress is not comfortable. Very cramped car parking.

Even though parking could be a problem at times, this hotel has pretty decent rooms and services. The way they treat the guests is pretty decent. Situated at the prime of locations nearest to main roads, market and restaurants this place caters a wide variety of offerings to visitors.
