Hotel Anand Regency

Rooms are spacious - well maintained. The complementary breakfast was good.They had a wide choice of food items for breakfast. The location is also good. A good place for short stay with competitive rate. I felt the breakfast area could be made little well-lit with little lights - currently, this area looks extremely dull with poor choice of light, wall paints, and curtains. Additionally, these guys can be more flexible (accomodative) in terms of check-in and check-out time. Constantly chasing the customer to vacate just 30 minutes past check out time is undesirable - it frustrates the customer off.

I happened to stay in this hotel with my wife from 5th to 6th April'25 on a tourist visit. The staff at the reception were naturally courteous, not artificial like in many big hotels. The hotel is also ideally located in Rajahmundry. The room was very good, not excellent since some of the furniture and fittings in the washroom are getting old and will not give excellent feeling. Still, enjoyed the comfortable stay in the room and its coziness. Definitely, some of the fixtures and fittings in the washroom need replacement to make the hotel exceptional in all aspects. The food was excellent and tasty. Enjoyed the delicacies very much including the excellent morning complimentary breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were also quite courteous except one lady waitress, who served us on the night of 5th April, who was arrogant. Finally, the parking area is also very good with very helpful staff. Our family always prefers to go to this hotel only, whenever we happen to stay at Rajahmundry.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite being advertised as a 3-star property, the experience was far from it -- I would rate it closer to 1 star. The toilet flush in the room wasn't working, and when I asked for help, the staff simply said "that's how it is" and never sent anyone to fix it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The AC lacked proper cooling -- it was extremely hot even in an air-conditioned room during the summer. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the mobile network reception was so weak that I couldn't even use my own data. The hotel staff showed no willingness to address any of these major issues. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel -- it does not live up to its rating or promises.

Pros : Good service. Polite staff. Good food options. Excellent Parking. Cons : Bathroom and Fittings were not up to the mark. Tiles were not that clean. No Shower gel. Not so great Towel.

Rooms are good, it was clean and neat. We booked this hotel via MMT after reaching the place, we got it at good price. It was worth staying here, rooms are good but bathroom is decent, don't expect luxuries , but they have given all the toiletries. Food was really good, even we had complimentary breakfast with variety of options. Parking space is available .

Anand regency has become worst hotel in Rajhamundry now, price is also very high and not worth staying for the amount they charge now. Room 111 washbasin is broken and they are least bothered on service now, access card does not work on a single attempt, room is stinking with old water smell, room ceiling is full of old water marks.

Very nice experience over all. The tariff here is less than other similar hotels in the city. Just because this is an old property.

Hotel is too cool and it's quite pleasant and no noise. Friendly staff, Good House keeping and cleaning.
